I did have free shipping then they they took it away. Talked to an agent and whom said no. May have to go to Aliexpress.
I have same experience as you. I asked bot for free shipping (ultimately had to speak to agent who gave it) then I had it for a month but last night I checked and I'm back to $40 minimum order. I spoke to agent with no luck.
Went to Aliexpress last night and they have minimum order $15 for free shipping 🙄
I asked for the $40 minimum spend to be removed, and the bot put me through to an agent who said no. I asked another agent, and also got a no. I argued that the $5 off $5.01, $10 off $20 and $15 off $40 coupons they gave me were misleading if I still needed to spend $40 after coupons. So it's not $5 off $5.01, it's $5 off $45. They couldn't understand what I was trying to say. Twice they said it was $10 off EVERY $20 spent, which it isn't.
I just bought from Aliexpress. Their minimum for 'choice' sales is $15 by the look of it. Normally Aliexpress shipping is terrible though. Last 3 orders (before today) took 2months to arrive, so have to make sure you get the deals that give good shipping time.
@Widget: interesting, I bought last month and everything came in a week or so, and surprisingly the one non-choice item which had a later estimated delivery time than the choice items arrived first within a week!

i was looking for a cycling jersey over the weekend, good prices but the $40 min spend (at the time) turned me off completely. Was $15 last time I used it. $50 is dreaming
Yeah, I don't buy from them any more. The funny thing is when the minimum spend is low I'll usually spend over $30 while I'm there or in the post order add ons. But because it's so high and you can't just pay for shipping for a smaller order the only time I've put in orders lately was when the minimum spend was removed.
My minimum spend is $40, my last 3 orders averaged $35 each (when I didn't have a minimum spend).
A few orders in Jan and most months before then, 1 in early Feb for the kids mostly, but I got a couple of things to bring up to the minimum spend, then 3 orders end of April/start of May when they removed the Min. Spend.

The frustrating thing is when they give you coupons for discounts below the minimum requirement. I just tried asking for minimum removal - no luck, it remains at 40, but they were nice enough to give me a 5 dollar off coupon, when spending 15! Thanks, Temu!
You can ask customer support to remove the minimum. I've done it before.

Nah not a scam. Made 15 orders last month. Had to request refund for 4 as quality was really bad. Other 11 items were good quality
Yeah really varies on personal experience but app itself is a scam when it says min $35 until free shipping, but when start adding items it will raise the bar to $45 and won't even let you checkout for paid shipping. Waste of time. AliExpress is reliable.
Did they give refund? I requested a refund for a missing item & they declined saying they checked with warehouse & everything was packed :/.
No, not a scam. If you just need disposable items, they are good and cheap. If you need quality goods, then Amazon or other retailers are better options.
My opinion is not based on the quality of the items, I'm well aware of the saying, "you get what you pay for", my argument is toward the way they lure into spending more than you need in spite of advertising the less cart spendings. So the app and it's behaviour is a bit of scam.

Hopefully tracking is better with TCB, Temu orders never tracked successfully with SB, not even once.
If it makes you feel any better my missing claim for TopCashback as been esclated to the retailer. So, they do move them along. So it's a plus from me. I understand tracking can be hard, but the follow through is important.
I had the same issue with SB claiming to pay out on unaffiliated AliExpress items. Everytime it would track and get rejected. Customer support said the product wasn't eligible…. and yet you're advertising cashback for ineligible unaffiliated products.
I ordered 5 items last time, 3 of them were cracked. But they are minor crack and low value so I didn’t end up asking for refund because if I request for partial refund I might lose my entire 40% Cashback as they can decline it. But I will not use them again especially they set the $50 minimum spend limit
Similar experience I have had with Ali, it's like the cheaper it is, the more banged up it is lol. 99% of the time, it's not even worth arguing about. You'll lose more money in time.
Yea will not use them again, you need to buy multiple items to achieve the $50 minimum and if some of your items are damaged then you either get partial refund or you lose your cash back. Without cash back they don’t worth it
Why do you lose cashback for damaged/ quality issues? I won't accept that and do a chargeback if they do!
They also do refunds for price matching too.
@tunzafun001: On their Cashback term they stated any change to order or refund will void the cash back. I want to avoid the trouble doing that and no guarantee they gonna pay you back
Bought from Temu a few times before. Around 5% broken items, rest of them okay. Some are better quality, check reviews under the item you want to order. Seems okay for the price of the items.

Sell it on Temu or AliExpress with a deceptive description for a few dollars. Most people won't bother to go through the refund process when they realise that what they bought is (literally) crap.
Deleted my account once they placed the min spending and go for AliExpress. Haven't tried to make new account again might work and get all the new ACC perks

I have cancelled parts of orders in the 8 hours after, before it ships when you can still add items, and had no issues. I haven't tried it to get around minimum spends, I've just been losing interest and not ordering.

There are no coupons on their list so it's highly unlikely your cashback will be approved if you use that coupon combined with the cashback

I opened Topcashback link for Temu. Then in the Temu website, I put things on the cart as my cart was empty anyway (new Temu account). Anyone can just create new Temu account again in the browser. I didn't use Temu app.
First time I have just used Topcashback for this Temu 50%. I didn't use any voucher code, even though eligible to use $20 voucher code that was automatically applied by Temu. So, I opened the Topcashback link through Chrome mobile browser without any adblocker for temu and paid without any voucher applied. Hopefully tracked.
