I just realised the toilet paper is out of stock almost everywhere although a few managed to get some (postcodes 4119, 4075 & 5067). Please check or ring your local Chemist Warehouse for stock before you sign up to TopCashback. I've alerted/DM the rep. Sorry this is a crap deal for new members. What will stop me getting my cashback?

  • The 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse offer is only available for new TopCashback members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.
  • This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined.

  • Purchases or redemption of gift cards will make cashback ineligible.
  • Purchases made via the Chemist Warehouse app are ineligible for cashback

What else is essential?

When will I actually get my cashback?

  • Cashback should appear on your Earnings page within 7 days of your purchase, but it usually isn't ready to withdraw straight away. We need to wait until the retailer's returns period is over before they confirm your cashback, and then once the retailer has paid us the commission for your purchase, we'll make your cashback 'payable' and ready to withdraw and spend.

    This ad showed up in my FB feed. I just checked stores around Australia and the toilet paper is unavailable almost everywhere. This seems like a marketing scam as people will sign up to TopCashback but cannot get the deal.

    @TopCashback AU Rep Can you please help? Not sure if this deal should be published as it's unobtainable

    Worked in SA - Norwood, 5067. They still have plenty of stock. Had to drive 10mins, but worth it.

    I've had a terrible experience trying to claim one of these sign up deals from TopCashback. Have had an open ticket sitting with them for almost two months now with no replies except for some auto message. This was for the Oodie deal where I spent $40 expecting a $30 cashback.

    Definitely don't recommend signing up with them. I've never had this radio silence from SB or CR.

      Had to lodge a ticket for an echo firestick deal to track too.

      Topcashback is shonky.

      @friedsnowdays @muckingfuppet Sorry to hear. I had tracking issues with Amazon and eBay, lodged a claim and they were tracked and paid. Took less than 2 months though.

      CR had been the most reliable but hardly any good deals now. Not the same since TA left.
      With SB, I'm currently chasing unpaid cashback (Savvy Surveys from July) and incorrect tracking amount (Chemist Warehouse).

    Fyshwick (ACT) and Queanbeyan (NSW - just over the border from ACT) had stock yesterday. I bought one yesterday, but still not showing in my TopCashback account. Will give it a few days and see what happens.

    I've also marked the deal expired on 8 April as it's unobtainable for most people (out of stock). There have been tracking issues for those who bought the toilet paper.

    TopCashback had several Chemist Warehouse deals for new members recently and there may be other deals later.

    Please note that we have experienced tracking issues (not only Chemist Warehouse) and had to contact the rep or submit a claim for other deals in the past.
