    Thanks op. Great colour combo

    • It turned my head, sir.
As anti-Seiko as I am, seriously considering this one. The value looks good.

  • just curious - why are you anti seiko?

    • Looked like a fun bandwagon to latch onto?

    • 'Seiko' means mold or mould. In chinese '生菇' (pronounced as sei ko)

      • Google translate converts your characters to 'raw mushrooms'. I guess fungi and mould are related.

  • Whats the point of getting a Quartz if the accuracy is +/- 15 secs a month.

My $20 Casio has better accuracy than this.

This is the one reason Seiko watches turn me off. Even their sub 1k watches have crap accuracy

    • I'm guessing it's more accurate than that. ±15 is just a tolerance so warranty claims can be denied.

      • The Seiko VH65 mecha in my Pagani is incredibly accurate. Haven't adjusted since AEST, but of course advanced date for May 1st.

What's the significance of red line on top button? 🤔

    • I have a Seiko with that same red line but I'm too scared to press it.

      Don't worry, it's orange!

It is a nod to the large start/stop button one might find on a motorsport stopwatch or chrono.

If you like big red buttons on your sports chrono then may I direct your attention to the Edox Chronorally.

      • Now I'm definitely not pressing that red button, it might start WWIII
