Was at Costco earlier and saw the following sausages on special for 4.97 per kg.
They are short dated till 23/6

There are three varieties

There were heaps of Angus been and Spicy Italians when I was there. Tried the Angus been tonight , not bad at all. Everyone enjoyed it for dinner.

We got the Italian ones and they were a little strange. Not sure what I was expecting but I tried to eat them with mash and gravy and it was super wierd. When I used them in some canned chili they were pretty nice.

    Hmm. Maybe a little? I can eat pretty hot food and not react though so maybe best not to take it from me.

Short dated by an Italian, sounds about right.
