Anyone who has these can comment on whether they are lightweight and warm. My wife wanted me to go for Uniqlo, but I'm fine with anything as long as they are not too heavy and are warm.

    • +1

Less warm than a thick hoodie. Definitely not up to Canberra weather.

    • Stick with Uniqlo, this jacket is useless warm-weather fashion.

  • Online only? Or can buy in store?

  • +1

I bought three of these ones for my kids at full price, very happy with them if you're looking for a thicker/warmer jacket. $12 one is good if you want a thinner/lighter one.

  • The $12 one isn't very warm, but it's better than a t-shirt.

  • Grabbed one, thanks!

  • price says $25

  • Ty op

    Thanks for the heads-up.

Went to the closest Big W to check sizing and a large one fitted nicely with my winter sweater underneath (I usually fit M-L), but ticket price was $25. I took an iron-coloured one up to the cashier along with the Big W webpage open on my phone showing $12. She couldn't see any 'online-only' mentioned anywhere, so I scored it for $12 along with an apology for the pricing confusion :)

I'd have grabbed the vest version for $9, but no middle sizes left within several kms. These jackets are all polyester, so they don't pack exceptionally small compared to $$$ down, but the jacket is warm on a miserable, wet and windy 10C morning. Looks good on too, so I'm very pleased with it, especially the price.

  • It looks very cheap. And not in a good way. it looks like someone took leftover material used to make iPad cases and made jackets with it.

  • +1

It's probably the algorithm jacking up the price when it notices high click rate on the item. Price is now $25 for the black one. Grey one is still $12.

  • Picked up a large jacket today for $12, good value for the price . It’s probably worth $20 but would never pay more than that .

when you take it off your hair looks like you've been electrocuted.

Yeh, also don’t cook near your gas stove while wearing it
