    Do you think I would need to own a previous version of Parallels to make use of the BlackFriday $39.99 upgrade deal? Or can I just pay for the upgrade only? hmmmmm….

      the $39.99 upgrade says it's for versions 6 and above so presumably it'll want a serial to that effect.
