I would hold off and but this instead for $219…Link, its a 120Hz superb screen !

    • Not a comparable product. Screen size is only 23.6" versus 31.5" for the Soniq.

      • but the resolution is rubbish, with a 50Hz refresh rate…

    • Mate that's a 23" .. you can't compare like that. So what if its 120hz its small compared to the Sonic one in the OP..

      • Mate look at the resolution, you are going back in time, its like stretching an already crap resolution to 31.5" …., at the end of the day you want a clear crisp beautiful image on that big screen, not something grainy…, I guess people find out the hard way, buy it !

Best advise is wait for a comparable 31.5" @ 1080p, the 23.6" will kill this in terms of value alone.

Let me give you guys a hint, find a 23.6" full HD monitor or TV with 120Hz for this price, which includes shipping.

        • Yeah good luck getting it for less than $200..

        • You get what you pay for…, good luck ! :)

  • 1366x768 pixel, meh
but less than $200 for 31.5inch

I Have this TV. Yeah sure it hasn't got the best specs/resolution but for $200, you know what? It looks good, is nice and big and displays a very decent picture quality for what you pay. So if you're an ozbargainer like me and just want a cheap big TV it's a great purchase

  • Can anyone tell me if these can play mp4 video files that have become more common now?
