neither I not my husband got it this time. We both got it last time and they were both utilized. Damn, such a good deal if and when you actually get it. Used to get these all the time without fail years ago, now it is hit and miss…..lots of misses these days. Just means I won't be spending much at Coles over the next 6 weeks until the deal comes up again….hopefully will get it next time

  • This is my second round for $50 spend, whoo Hoo!

  • I got different ones for different cards . $50, $60, $80 & $110. All for 10,000 points or $50.
If i use all four, it amounts to $1200 of groceries in a month for $200 in return or 16%.

    • So far, I have chosen to take $50 and $60 from two cards. I already had $90 in one of the cards that I have used up. The hard part is going through two cards for next three weeks

I have $50 spend for 10,000 points on several family accounts and will be shopping 2 per week. I do this regularly and write a shopping list as well as the accounts' names, spend needed and which week it is. I even cross the name off as I use the card. I also use St George and Bank of SA cards once per month to qualify for the $10 off for 4 weeks. It's easy to get confused especially if there are people in the queue behind me.

Did my Week 1 $60 shop today as part of a $100 grocery shop as I also had a 4000pt offer for a $100 spend. Effective $32.50 off a $100 shop, very nice. Other than a couple of fresh veggie items, everything purchased was on special, even a couple of reduced to clear markdowns as I did my shop after 6pm.

That's the way to go, then rotate between different Flybuys and Everyday Rewards accounts for maximum discount!

  • I got none on my account this time, I've never not been offered this deal before, very confused

    • Many of us here have multiple flybuy cards.
Make sure you use your card atleast once or twice quaterly. I do not see why you would not get offers

      • We have 3 cards, one for each member of the family, the only account that got the 4 week offers was the one we didn't active the save for Christmas offer. Maybe a coincidence or the reason why the two accounts didn't get it but the other account did. We've gotten all of the 4 week offers for the last 3 years on all accounts until now

        • I would be very interested to know from other why algo did not offer here. It would help others to learn

  • I placed a $55 click and collect order but $10 of good were unavailable, so it was a $45 bill. Does anyone know if this still qualifies for the $50 minimum?

    • Probably not

    • Yes, but you will have to follow up now or when you have completed the 4 weeks shop. Keep a copy of your order. It also helps if you kept a sc of your activation, but may not be necessary. You can call or email. I email as they usually ask you to email a copy of the order anyway. I Have done this successfully many times.

      • Perfect, thank you. I know Woollies honours it without follow-up needed. This is my first Flybuys deal in years!

      • Really? I missed so many of these in the past . I should remember to email them next time I miss it

        • Yes its $50 lost.

  • I just realised the $50 off is once after the four weeks; not every week.

I received this targeted offer and successfully spent $50 in the first week. However, the promotion has now disappeared from my Flybuys app. Should I continue spending for the next 3 weeks, or does this mean it won’t be tracked anymore?

    • +4

It always disappears over the weekend and then will reappear mid-week. If you are sure you did a qualifying Week 1 spend, you're all good.

      • Thanks! I usually shop at Woolworths and Aldi since Coles is a bit farther from where I live. I'm not very familiar with their Flybuys app, and I find the UI isn't the best either.

Thanks for asking the question as I was wondering the same. I knew there would be an answer in this thread!

I agree. The offer will disappear in the app but just in case always keep your receipts. Its indicated in the receipt if the purchased amount qualified for that week.
