Yes I checked. I contacted them twice and they asked me to buy a $2 SIM card to activate but I was not sure if I would miss out the cash back.
Is this a case of I just need to buy it before Sep 4th, or buy and activate?

Couldn't get my 3g phone to work with them (new customer) even though it was before their 3g shut down.
After 22 days, they still hadn’t sent me the SIM card and I called them to cancel it as I might miss out the cashback.
