    El Jannah chicken is so freaking dry nowadays, use to be better. Recommend El Mono and Hawa instead.

      I've found the actual chicken okay, especially doused in garlic sauce, but both times i've had the burgers they've been as dry as the sahara

      Hariri's in Kogarah is quite good actually.

      Hawa is OK too.

      El Jannah 2005 - 2010 was 10/10.

      I think it largely depends on the specific store. My local Hawa isn't as good as my local El Jannah and the local Frangos is about equal. El Mono I've never heard of before this thread but looking at their site they only have 2 locations and neither are particularly nearby. If I was going to drive to Merrylands I may as well go to Chickenlicious at Guildford.

    I want to like El Jannah, first chicken I got there was amazing. Second time it was a dry largely inedible rock. Have been a few times since and it’s always hit and miss. When it’s good, it’s really good, just needs to be consistent.
