    Cap per transaction or member?

    • Good question @gotyourback

Usually it's per order with SB but it's worth clarifying.

      • +2

I reckon gotyourback has left ShopBack.

        • +1

@lilkid28 @Hiphopopotamus @nned2say hey! The $350 is capped per transaction

          • @gotyourback: Can 1 member make multiple transactions and still get the cashback for each transaction?

            • @Blackdog182: Yes you can @Blackdog182! This is because the $350 is capped per transaction not per account

  • +3

Wouldn't it be cap $320. Or my math doesn't math up

    • You’re correct since the cashback for Everyday Market does factor GST in too

    • +3

Their weird $1000 max spend does make the $350 cap redundant.

      • -3

Not really, spend $1001 means $0 cashback.

  • Just shot an order through… Hope it tracks!

    • What did you buy? I've never purchased from here.

      • Hoselink

      • Disaster… My adblock re-enabled on the site after being re-installed, so it didn't track (my fault). Trying my best to cancel with them at the moment but they're taking forever to get back. Next time I'll be more careful ;-;

  • With these cashbacks from the marketplace, does it include items that are sold from BigW (on the marketplace)?

    • Yes it does @SAU

  • +1

    Cashback tracked at 5% only.

  • +3

Purchased PS5…. expeced $256 cashback, only tracked at $39.99

    • fingers crossed you get the correct cashback on this. never see cashback on PS5s

  • +7

    Might want to add this:

    Cashback tracking

    • Cashback is available only if you visit the Everyday Market website via our platform.
    • Everyday Market can only confirm to us that an order is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
    • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.
    • +4

      Added.

Not 100% sure I trust it though, that's a generic condition they list for every store.

      • Yeah, Shopback can be quite unreliable at times.

        • +2

Come to think of it though they have fixed similar issues in the past, a couple of times eBay didn't track at the correct rate and they did fix it retroactively.

    • +5

Last time it got tracked at upsized rate directly.

      • +2

There was a glitch with Cashback earlier due to the partner not setting up the correct rates. We fixed it, so your Cashback should be accurate now - Sorry about this!

        @V001 @lilkid28 @TheGuru @Delphinus @Hiphopopotamus @Mikael @agvwww @Buz1986

        • Hey mate, I made a bunch of transactions last night between 11:00pm to 11:57pm…. they tracked at $0.. Can you check?

          • @lilkid28: Sure we can check it out for you @lilkid28! Could you drop me a DM with the details please?

            • @gotyourback: DM sent.

              • @lilkid28: Thanks!

                • @gotyourback: Any update on when this can get resolved?

                  • +1

@lilkid28: We're still checking this with the merchant Everyday Market - will get back to you once we get an update @lilkid28

                    • @gotyourback: Hi, it's almost close to 2 weeks now and still no update? Another 2 weeks and the returns period is over. Personally, I will return all the items and whilst its a massive headache to do so, I can't risk waiting for updates after that.

I also have had another order which never tracked correctly (Big W) and your CS just fobbed me off saying that Big W is not paying out, blunt response, basically asking me to suck it up.

  • Same. 5%. Just got a $80 item. $4 tracked.

  • Just spent $70 Tracked $3.50

  • Just spent $349. $17.45 tracked. Looks like it's still tracking at the normal cash back amount, not the 32% promo amount. I assume they will fix this across the board… I hope

  • Interesting to see if the cashback gets adjusted.
Anything worth getting, Nintendo switch OLED perhaps $511)

  • +5

Last time I did one of these it tracked at the normal rate and not the bonus. I had to contact support who fixed it up, then when it came time for the payout it was rejected. Contacted support again and thankfully they manually paid it out. Bit of a pain to have to do that though.

    • +5

      Sounds exactly like ShopBack.

      • +1

.. and all of them YMMV in general. Just have to be prepared to chase it up.

Not sure if the new switch 2 is anything to worry about but 32% off $511 would be alright (Amazon does it for $485) and could price protect with 28d as well for the next year.

        • The problem is the payout takes so long and they don't notify you if/why it is rejected. By the time it happens, you can't recall what it was and how much cashback it was supposed to be. I no longer bite and buy things because of the cashback, I only buy things I would otherwise buy.

          • @Bdawg: Well you got to keep track of it (maybe flag the email or make a spreadsheet) or don't even worry like you say and find the best price without cashback.

  • Does anyone know if the extra 2% off at Woolworths using your Westpac card includes Marketplace?

    • Yes it does @rdchristy2

      • @gotyourback r u suuuuuuuuuuureee about that? Woolworths Online and Everyday Market track as seperate stores.

        • @Repstar if you are opting in for the Westpac Bonus from the Westpac Lounge - yeah you are eligible for the 2% but you'll need to make the purchase and clickthrough from Woolworth or from the "shop now" button after you opted into the lounge for the bonus

          • @gotyourback: yes, but the 2% is for Woolworths Online. If you buy from the marketplace, it tracks as "Everyday Market" which isn't eligible for the 2%

Just asking the question as my order tracked, but no bank bonus tracked using Westpac.

  • +3

Would recommend waiting until peoples cashbacks start tracking at the correct amount.

    • @Repstar - thanks for waiting, the Cashback tracking is fixed now and correct Cashback should be reflecting correctly

  • +1

Checked rewards app and it has 3x points for everyday market as well, a few extra dollars back

  • +3

Got correct cashback $172.78 from nintendo switch oled $539. Plus $1620 woollies point

    • $1620 worth of point?!

    • Shit yeah that's not a bad deal is it for the OLED (~$366)? Pretty tempting, not too bothered about the new switch (without knowing anything about it).

Can always return if doesn't work.
(Will put in a 28d price protection claim too as Amazon got for $475. So $305).

Edit: tracked, $169 (code worked too for 10$ off first purchase). Thanks Op

      • @G-rig
How to add price protection claim? is it within everyday market?

        • +1

No that's my credit card feature (28d = 28 degrees, grandfathered deal).

I still think this 32% off is quite a good deal.

    • just noticed the Switch Oled is $449 at Amazon now (less than y'day). just put in a 28d claim.
$279 all up is a pretty good price!!

  • EMNEW10 code for $10 off shouldn’t void cashback I think?

    • +2

This code is eligible for cashback confirmed by GYG: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15663267/redir

I bought from Everyday Market for the first time in that ShopBack offer and used the code. Tracked quickly and correctly. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund as the items were defective.

      • +2

Thanks @trixieb - yup @maxo84 the code is eligible for Cashback

  • Does the $1000 max spend include GST?

    • -1

No, it does not @ninjanao - Remember, Cashback is based on order value, not including taxes or fees.

      • So if I made an order for an item that is priced $1100 that should be fine?

        • Unfortunately, it is not eligible, because any purchase of an item that is with an order's value > $1000 is not eligible for Cashback. @kuwahshi

  • I've been itching to buy a PS5 slim.
Looks like Gamesman have it for $699.95 through market place with free shipping. Some places outside selling at $679.99.
    https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1075538610…

    Ex GST gives $636.35
32% on this is $203.63 (cash back)

Nett purchase price gives $496.36… all time low? Fantastic price in any case! Plus you get woolies points.

However i'm hoping to wait for say EB Games to have a really good price (maybe <$600) so I can trade in my PS4 1TB slim as I can't be bothered selling privately.

    • good price if interested in digital version. Can also use $10 off to make it $486. I'm extremely tempted.

  • has anybody's tracked correctly at 32% yet?

    • Doubt it. And by the looks cannot put in yet in their system to report wrong cashback.

      • Been adjusted. All good. Saw post further down, been a glitch in system.

  • Annecdotally, I think woolies group has been screwing shoppers around with cashback transactions.

I've never really had any issues with cashback over the years.
But this year anything woolworths/market/bigw/etc has been a mess.
Seem like vendors and cashback site are struggling to deal with them too as they re-neg/change the rules.

  • +4

Hey everyone! Sorry about the Cashback glitch earlier due to the partner not setting up the correct rates. We fixed it, so your Cashback should be showing up correctly now. If you made a purchase this morning and got the wrong rate, your Cashback will be updated soon. Let us know if you have any other questions!

    • They partially cancelled my order due to insufficient stock. Will this result in my entire cashback being declined?

Is there a way to revise the cashback amount instead

  • Are there any sweet deals on phones right now?

  • +1

My cashback has just been tracked at the full amount for a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro

  • Can I use woolies reward card? Thanks

  • Would using ER dollars as part payment invalidate cashback?

    • +1

Wouldn't risk it. Just use ER dollars on a later transaction. Even if it did work, it'd probably reduce your cashback.

    • @gotyourback please confirm?

  • My ps5 order has been cancelled again as usual. This time bought from gamesmen, and it's the third time they cancel my order, very disappointed, and it's not stock issue, i think the order even hasn't been sent to gamesmen side.

    • Just buy from Big W

        • ??? What am I trolling? I bought a PS5 from Big W (Everyday Market)… order didn't get cancelled.

  • Order placed and tracked at the correct rate …

  • +1

Does this work for Apple Gift Cards? I don’t see anything on the post which indicates that it excludes gift cards.

    • +1

Does any Everyday Market partner even sell any gift cards?

      That’s your answer

      • +7

Lol. 32% cashback on Apple gift cards would break the internet and result in 4 interest rate rises.

        • 🤣

  • So you're telling me I can get this: https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1075758597… RRP: 773 for 525, after the cashback? :O

    Hi @Wireless1, @Wireless1Rep,

Any chance of a price drop on The UniFi Dream Machine Pro SE below $1000 to be eligible for this cash back. I see on your website you are selling it direct for $954.

    Thanks

  • are they running the deal back again today? anyone's tracked at 32% today as well?

    • I thought it expired tonight.

Xbox Series X around $510 after cashback. Excellent price.

  • Nuh smeg is $30-40 more. Outdoor furniture expensive looks cheap. Tapware poor ratings.

  • I would also like to know if this deal is still valid

    • When clicking on link says 7 hours left so guess midnight tonight.

      • yep, a simple solution that went over the top of my head….
        Thanks :)

  • +1

Warning: it’s currently tracking as $350 cap per account, not per order.

    Waiting for a fix……
