How is your experience mate? Do you recommend it?

Definitely a good experience so far. I enjoy the Vitality app fitness goal stuff and find myself walking more to get the points up as if you reach silver status you can claim back any excess you pay.

For example, I had a planned procedure recently which was all covered under my hospital care minus the $750 excess fee . I was able to claim it all back because I had silver status at the time of the procedure.

        • I prefer GMHBA over AIA as it has better extra cover/benfits.

  • Based on eligibility criteria it means that we can move from e.g. GMHBA with AIA cover to CBA - is that correct as Im enjoying a few weeks of free premium and wouldnt want to lose it prematurely.

    • Thinking the same.

  • Do you guys contact the existing health insurance company to cancel the direct debit as well as the insurance policy first?

Or just let the new company to do everything (No need to cancel the insurance policy and the direct debit with the existing company?)

    • I just let AIA do it for me

  • Hi does anyone know when extras reset for aia?

with ahm and orthodontist has hit their limit for annual….
