Cheap price on this wireless mini keyboard and touchpad combo for those with new AliExpress accounts or old accounts without recent orders. New user accounts get a "Welcome Offer" for their first order and can't use coupons until the first purchase is made.

These are good for media players, Raspberry Pi's and other devices. It features a 92 key keyboard, touchpad, backlighting in 7 different colours, media control buttons, function keys and connectivity via a USB 2.4G wireless dongle. You have the choice of getting one powered by AAA batteries or an included lithium battery. I personally would go for the AAA version for better longevity.

  • Add "Color: English" to the cart
  • And choose either "Axis Body: Lithium Version" or "Axis Body: AAA Version"

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate, GST inclusive and stacks with cashback.

For those paying in USD this is how you get the correct exchange rate in PayPal:

Setting overseas websites to AUD or letting PayPal do the currency conversion results in an inflated rate. To get the correct rate you need a card without international fees and do the following:

  • Set the website currency to USD
  • Checkout with PayPal
  • Select your card with no international fees
  • Click "See currency options"
  • Select USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD
  • Proceed with checkout

Now you'll get the correct MasterCard or VISA exchange rate depending on the card.

Wonderful little keyboards, I got so fast at typing on these. They never seem to last long though, touchpad always give out first

Really? For me it's the battery…

  • What’s the Lithium Version mean?

    • +5

      rechargeable battery (from old nokia)

      • AAA or Lithium version. Which will last longer battery life wise?

        • +8

AAA because you can just swap them out. Sure you can recharge with the lithium battery but if the battery itself dies or expands you'll have to find another one and that may be more difficult.

        • +1

The lithium-ion battery from my unit expanded after 6 months of light use. Sadly it doesn’t work with cable connected after removing the battery. The AAA version is the only one I recommended as well.

These are absolute junk from my experience, but probably fairly priced at $2. You receive them with Asian tv boxes like EV Pad, Ubox etc. They mostly work but feel like a cheap kids toy from a showbag.

They mostly work but feel like a cheap kids toy from a showbag.

It's worth a whole lot more than the crap you get in expensive showbags now.

      • 🤔 Raspberry Pi or Home Assistant Showbags
        Nerding out lol

        • +2

Now a raspberry pi showbag would be amazing 😍

          • @Clear: Now lets make make it it happen happen

    • Yeah, it’s junk compared to my $700 custom keyboard, but for those times when you need access to a PC and don’t have a full-sized keyboard around, this is perfect. You don’t need it for coding, just some quick key commands and mouse input. Plus, it’s so portable that it can always stay in your bag or car. For that purpose, this thing is great.

      • Fair enough. I'm not saying it's useless, just a heads-up for anyone thinking it may take the place of an official tv remote or something. Like I said, it's worth the current price.

  • Bedside keyboard for Pi4. But probably slightly better quality maybe.

Garbage and paid a lot more than that for it..

    • Get what you pay for!

      • +2

You pay for what you get.

    • Like $10 extra for this when getting my tv box back than. I found it worked better with Windows rather than the slow tv box. It was designed for Windows initially sort of.

    • +1

I got it for just over $4USD. But complained that it only had 3 colours not the 7 advertised and they just refunded me.

  • +1

I got one of these around 2021? and it worked great for me with office presentations.

    • +5

did you dazzle your captive audiences with the RGB?

      • +1

Lol, na turn that off. Just saying its way better than a 'clicker' for PPT that costs $30+.

  • +2

a must have in home and work place. just for that one random ass PC or server you so OCCASIONALLY needs access to.

  • +1

essentially throw away landfill quality…but i do use one of these for the ol' MAME cab..still working fine after 8+ years!

  • How do you get new accounts at Aliexpress to get these deals? Don't they verify postal address?

    • +1

It's always the risk. Postal locker, work address etc.

  • Coming up as $5.73 (not including shipping) for me, haven't bought anything from them for over a year…. What am I doing wrong?

    • +1

That would mean the new user welcome deal isn't applying. Many people report getting it after a long time without orders. I guess there's other criteria.

  • Looks pretty cool coming up as $6 for me

  • $3.70 USD when I click through. Expired deal?

    • +1

No that means you're not a new user.

      • I think I should read deals properly and not skim them in future. Sorry about that.

  • Can these be connected to smart TV?

    • +1

This is what I use it for. Connects with USB dongle. Also use it with my Amazon Firestick.

Works well when using the browser. Be warned though the mousepad is not great and lags a bit.

  • Does this work with Google TV?

    • Yes.

  • How easy / hard is it to create a new account?

    • +1

      Just need another email

  • This is a good machine. Not as good as an Apple Magic keyboard but that one is $250 with finger print touch ID. But this one comes close. Amazing build quality, portable and I have had mine for 10 years now. I use it to control my iPad because typing on the screen is not easy, I still miss my Blackberry keyboard phones.

  • +1

For those asking about connecting to TV, it's exactly what I use it for. However keep in mind that it only has 3 colours (RGB) not the 7 advertised.

  • Ok new account but wants to charge for shipping…

  • How dare you tempt me with such cheap prices! I bought 7.

  • thanks OP , bought for my upcoming (or possibly never) Raspberry Pi , and trying some luck with the projector as well?

  • Thanks
