          Also looking but can't decide 1:16 or 1:10 for more terrain. HBX 16889 seems pretty solid and can turn speed right down for kids. Mjx also seem good and better looking shells imo but can't reduce speed as much.

    I have many more goods from Temu over AliExpress with bigger cashback and credit back rewards … Not sure what to buy from AliExpress that is cheaper than Temu … But yeah there are still many things that are available in AliExpress but not available in Temu …

      Aliexpress support has also gotten worse id say. I got a clear and obvious broken item so its useless, $15, give all the video evidence under the sun… and they want it shipped back. Utterly pointless lol

            @fufufu: Big Save banner products yes. Anything else depends how nicely you ask. I always push for a refund or a partial refund if it's a minor defect.

        Still stellar support for me. Recently I wanted an item for change of mind (10USD maybe) and it was immediately auto refunded and I was told to keep it or donate it.

        I was a Diamond member or sth with 1k.or so or orders overtime. So that probably helped.

          They dont do the whole member status thing anymore as far as i can see? I had high status too before but anyway something changing over there i guess maybe becoming more seller than consumer focused. In any case is what it is, wont be getting much of my coin moving forward.

      It is based on when the item is marked as received, I think around 2 months later, which is relatively quick compared to other stores I’ve used.

    Question: If you buy something that is not an affiliated product, but you get the notification from Shopback that the cashback has tracked with a value… will it ultimately fail at a later date, or did you get lucky?

      It shouldn't track at all. Individual items in an order that are affiliated will show.

        Last night I ordered the 7800X3D szcpu (not affiliated), then read about how Shopback wouldn't track and I cancelled the order.
        Today I get an email and Shopback is saying it tracked…

    I found the free return (15 or 90 days) is misleading as you have to return the item back to the original country and then it will take a long time to get a refund.

      I've found they cover shipping…if you have had a hard time getting your $3 item refunded…attach your return sticker to a bag of bricks.

        They used to provide a return label from Aust post, but recently they ask me pay the fee back to China and wait for their process before do the refund…

      Not sure if it depends on the item but my free return was sent to an address in NSW. I received the refund as soon as I dropped it off at the post office.

    Off topic but got to commend TopCashback for spot on tracking and great tracking speed compared to the likes of Cash rewards and Shop back. Would highly recommend. Really hope they don't go down the spiral once they get popular.

    Hey guys! A bit of an aliexpress nube. How do you pick a seller (that looks the most legit)? Seems to be many different prices for what appears to be the same item. Also the search is terrible. I'm more likely to find something by random browsing than using the search bar.

      Choice sellers are pretty reliable, otherwise check the seller’s rating and look at feedback from other buyers. If there’s lots of feedback, you can filter to see the low ratings (1 or 2 stars) and note their complaints, sometimes they are trivial, stupid, or an expression of the buyer’s error. Also filter by buyer country to see what other Aussies (Americans, Canadians, etc) say.

      Re searching, it’s not great, but it learns what you’ve been looking at. When you find an item similar to what you want, scroll down and look at Recommended items. Look at a few, and the search will get more useful. When you get the hang of it, it does work, but it’s not as precise as EBay, nor as clever as Google.

        Thanks mate! Appreciate your time to respond. Searching for rc cars. It often seems to direct me to the most expensive listing but if I scroll down after going to that link I usually find a cheaper one (often also a choice seller).

      You only could take a leap of faith now. If you dont satisfy the item (for most of the time), you might need pay the return shipping fee to China despite the policy said 15-90days free return. Good luck. I'm leaving this dodgy platform.

    Based on the average tracking speed for AliExpress, any cashback should show in your account within 1 day'. Does it mean it will track and pay cash back? Thanks

        Thanks, I see. Seller refused to make it affiliated and no BF discount, no coins, no store coupon that just leave me with 10 bucks AE BF coupon that cancels gst. Very stubborn female seller.

          That's disappointing. all the store would need to do is set the affiliate rate to 1% and you'd be able to get the upsized cashback.
