My first OzB win.
Caught the deal for $198.95 Bose QC Ultra headphones. The order went through. Got the startrack tracking number, so I don't expect it to be cancelled now.
My wife seriously wanted it for Christmas, but even though she's an employee at one of the bigger retail chains, she couldn't justify spending $400+ on headphones with everything else crazy expensive and trying to save and invest wisely.
I can't wait to surprise her for Christmas!

Like many others I just received the email for the out of stock email.
I had a chat with them online and they notified me that my order however was ready for shipment and had the delivery partner assigned. Stating it will arrive before 24th of Dec.
I originally ordered on the 15th and not with this deal though.
The out of order email may be a generalised on addressed to all pending orders?
Maybe worth checking your order numbers to see if it has been assigned.

Ah yes, I was using a different email to Auspost. Put it in Auspost and looks like it's also tracked
Got Auspost notification as well. Tacker order in MyBose went from Order Completed to Order Processing with a tracking number.
However, this was just label creation. I don't think I will get it by Christmas possible only after new years. Will see!

I popped into JB during lunch to compare the sound quality of the QC Ultra with the regular QC, as I own the QC. I have to say, the sound quality of the QC Ultra is significantly better!

Yep worth it. First of all you get warranty and a new headphone, you will get an upgrade to newer one if they release an updated version if you need to make a warranty claim. Sell the old one while its worth something. Later on, you could always keep an eye on marketplace and pickup a qc35 for $50

The Ultra will come with warranty, they usually replace to newest version if available if you submit warranty claim.
I always replace my items if i can as long as im not loosing money.
Upgraded my s23U 512gb to 1TB from amazon for $960, then sold my old 512gb for $900 to webuyback.
Upgrading my old QC SE now to these and selling the SE for $250 ish on marketplace.

Considering this got through, I wonder if anyone who has actually had their order cancelled were trying to order a large amount for resale.

I saw a couple of early comments mentioning the welcome coupon gave them the $114 price. No idea the logic behind it though since even 10% of the RRP isn't this much of a discount.
