      Which is the $1 trade in value phone? Lowest I can see is $8 for S8. And for the cancel of trade-in - do you just not send the device and cop a $60 fee or send an empty box or something?

        I selected the S8. They ask you a series of questions after about the quality of the phone and I unticked one of the top boxes which dropped it down to $1 trade in value

      You can trade in the device with damaged/cracked screen. Trade in estimate value should be above $1 to get the trade-in discount.

          have they taken it down? when I initiated chat from Samsing store web page on my phone, it offered me 2 options: WhatsApp or Web Chat. I chose WhatsApp. that was about a week ago, and I've been using WhatsApp since then to chat to them. more reliable than that web thingy

    Ok, I have my $400 Trade in voucher, plus I also have my $100 eVoucher (bought for $20). Now my question is:

    (1) What's the cheapest way to order S25 Ultra 512GB, I won't be sending any device for trade in, happy to cop whatever small fee is charged. Is it via normal Samsung account or should I arrange for a Student EPP account?

    (2) The 5% App discount can be had by creating a new account? I think I have used that discount previously for the Student EPP account that I borrowed off someone previously.

          I've got a normal account and access to an EPP, I recieved the email for my personal account with a code like a week ago and used it on EPP site. I believe it works wherever but is a single use code.

    Just needed a small phone after my flip6 inner display sh*t itself ( I have sent it back for assessment for refund)

        Cancelling before they get shipped would be easier and quicker though.

      That's two separate vouchers.

      The $200 is for accessories only and is generic: GALAXY2025

    I'm trading in a S23U 512GB for S25U 512GB, I'm finding the EPP store price with all the discounts/codes applied, ends up being over $400 cheaper versus regular store.
    Usually the difference is much less, I had to double-check but its true.

        If I list all the discounts (no accessories):
        EPP 20% off base: 470
        S23U 512 trade in: 595
        EPP trade in bonus: 150
        Launch trade in bonus: 400
        $100 for $20 voucher: 100

        Total discounts: $1715
        RRP: $2349
        Net cost: 2349 - 1715 = $634 (effectively $654 because of the $20 voucher I paid)

    so heres my order
    but the pain of the chat…. tried this morning, going from 160odd to 4 and then chat ended… (after waiting an hour)
    went back in queue at 480
    after a bit I noticed the queue count didnt change (about 15 mins) or it changed my 2 spots.
    so after about 3 refreshes (and maybe 1 CTRL+F5) the page reloaded and I was talking with a rep

    so on the gov portal (gov discounts dont work on the mobile app… the education ones do if you have access to that) so no 5% discount via app
