A nice bonus from Cashrewards. Remember to pop a reminder into your calendar for each month!

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion is open to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards ("Eligible Entrants").

  2. To qualify for the $20 bonus, Eligible Entrants must shop via Cashrewards (using the Cashrewards account corresponding to the email address that received the invitation) at least once during each calendar month between 1 February 2025 12:00AM AEDT and 30 April 2025 11:59PM AEST ("Promotional Period") with a minimum spend of $50 (incl. GST) on each eligible transaction (each a "Qualifying Purchase").

  3. A Qualifying Purchase includes gift cards from the Cashrewards Gift Cards store, but excludes the purchase of ineligible items as set out in the merchant special terms or items with a 0% cashback rate at the time of purchase.

  4. Where an Eligible Entrant completes the qualifying steps outlined above, the bonus will appear as approved in the Eligible Entrant's Cashrewards account by 31 May 2025.

  5. For clarity, the bonus will not appear in the Eligible Entrant's Cashrewards account until it is approved.

  6. Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase.

  7. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account and is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction.

  8. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.

  9. Fraudulent or other activity in violation of the Cashrewards Terms of Use will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

      It simply links to the page included in the original post. There is no activation button- not in the email nor on the Cashrewards page that the email links to.

        I think it may not work well if you have many notifications here and it can only notify you sometime after midnight. I set it up for the exact time of the day on Google calendar.

      I opened the Cashrewards app when I was editing this deal earlier, but I saw nothing.

      I then opened the Cashrewards app again after seeing your comment and was greeted with this pop-up on the home page. There is nothing in the notifications section regarding this deal though…

      I also received an email about this offer, btw.

        I didn't get an email about the offer, but my cashrewards app banner says 1 shop down, 2 to go. There's no way to activate it though. Do you think they will still honor $20?

          I think they will honour it.

          The email I received when I was notified of this offer did not require me to activate the offer beforehand.

          Same for me. I also only saw that in my app notifications. I have completed the spending requirement, but my $20 bonus hasn't arrived yet. I saw some people said that they got the $20 bonus on their accounts today.

              It’s great that they honoured the promotion shown in the app notifications, even though no email was sent.

      What you do moving forward is resubscribe and set an email filter to mark it as read (or send to trash).

      When you see the deal on OzBargain you go looking for the email.

    Prepaid mastercard from giftcards.com.au doesn’t seem to be accepted by Cashrewards.
    Anyone having the same issue?

      Yes, and that is because EonX (the operator of Cashrewards’ gift card store) does not accept any prepaid cards as a payment method on the store. This means you cannot use Coles Mastercard gift cards, Vanilla Visa gift cards, any reloadable prepaid cards supporting 3-D Secure, etc.

    Although to be fair I hate these sorts of structures. They're designed to get you to spend and keep checking the app and thinking about next time to spend, while hoping you forget one month or similar. Shitty behaviour hacking.
