Cashback tracking

  • Cashback is available only if you visit the MyDeal.com.au website or app via our platform.
  • MyDeal.com.au can only confirm to us that an order is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

    Just ordered a few things from MyDeal and can confirm both standard 18% / 19% and Westpac bonus 10% tracked within about 10 mins of purchase. Hopefully will be confirmed in a couple of months without hassle 🙏

      theres all sorts of random stuff. more useful when you have something specific to buy that happens to be on their site. I've only used mydeal for a big barbie toy, available at taret, big w etc, but cheaper with cashback at mydeal. And for some random bits of hardware for a renovation.

    Can anyone confirm if the FRENZY15 code stacks with the upsized cashback as it's not listed as a code in the shopback app.

      Yes, it's listed on the SB website (and I've used it in my orders and gotten the expected tracking amount)

      The code FRENZY15 is listed in ShopBack on the website on the desktop (in full) and mobile browser (part of it is visible). The ShopBack app doesn't seem to show the codes. You have to use a desktop or mobile browser to view.
