      honestly with Epic randomly signing me out and acting like the PC its been installed in for 18 months is a 'new device' every couple of weeks, its barely worth the hassle of signing in to check

    For me, free Epic games and super cheap Humble Bundle games tend to fall into three general categories:

    A) Add to the Must Play Eventually list (still no guarantee it will be played)

    B) Add to the Play if Bored list (much lower likelihood of being played)

    C) Add to the "Collection" (will never be played)

    I added Mortal Shell to B after a previous giveaway and after trying it for a solid few hours, I would say it's quite average (the world in particular is especially bland and boring) and there are far better souls-likes out there to spend your time on.
