I bought a 65 from them about 4 or 5 years ago for 430ish (I forget, might have been 400, maybe 420, maybe 450, there was a 50 buck refund involved, whole thing) and it was fine until it just shit the bed completely and died like 2 or 3 years later. Their official response via email was basically "it's gonna be cheaper to just buy a new one, we don't sell a new backlight lmao bye" I thought Kogan were pretty hopeless from that. Not thaaaaat much later, my 75" Hitatchi died (fortunately 2.5 years into the 3 year warranty and we got a refund) and now I fear for every cheap TV. Won't stop me buying them, though.
Moral of the story, idk, my Kogan TV died?
