Mystery boxes were $9 each. In product mix we sent out included items which were plated, Solid Sterling Silver, featuring Swarovski crystals… It is disappointing you weren't happy with what you received, however we have plenty of feedback where customers were.
It Was not earrings…poor public relations…simply look at their facebook slander
Fake, colleagues and I never receive our earrings even after confirmation emails. The prices are a joke, the site should be banned here, smells like a big scam to me. They also spam your email account.
The only reason I can think that you and your colleagues did not receive your free earrings would be if you had them sent to the same address - it stated in terms and conditions one per household, so may have been cancelled due to this.

In case you miss the part, we are colleagues, WORK together, not live together if that's what you are suggesting. Earrings or not is trivial, your rude response says it all.
