    I tried to pay all with big W gift cards: Sorry, but we were unable to process your payment at this time.

    Then left order with some remaining to pay with paypal, got an authorisation email from paypal, saying it is a pending transaction until Big W processes the order.

    No order in big W account nor confirmation email from big W but the gift cards are used.

    Will the order be confirmed maybe tomorrow? HELP.

        I accidently used a woolies gift card, that got valided after appling, but it caused the order to not go through, called big w this morning, the guy was very helpful, had to tell him all gift card details and paypal transaction ID. Once checked they refund the gift card to you. Must happen a lot.

    Galaxy a35 outright is a great buy from Telstra if you aren't too concerned about the headphone jack omission.

        You are looking at an A35, not the S24, you ain't going to hit any thermal throttling or battery issues lol.

        1380 is decent enough and perfectly workable for day to day browsing and ozbargaining.

          have a A33, never getting exynos again. phone gets slow and lags randomly, haven't had a good experience with it. plus samsung has its own OS customisations which are not user friendly.

            1.remove &/or disable Samsung bloatware ?
            2.get ideas on ways to make A33 more responsive…something is happening in the background: CPU & ram use ?

      I had issue with Big W not properly linking my Rewards account, something on their end with updating new account/customer, eventually worked fine ~12hrs later.

    I ordered today and they canceled my order due to no stock in the whole Australia. They just directly refunded me and now I have to wait until I receive my gift card back to try and gamble if another color variant have stock or not. What a joke 😂

        I share some of that belief only because the charger isn't the only piece in that environmentally sustainability. It means less freight as well which means less transportation per device.

        I don't mind if I don't have a charger, I normally get a multi-port charger anyways and the brick they give me in the box goes into the drawer.

        What gets me is the lack of headphones in the bundle, that is a travesty. I use the ones in the box for everything from phone to PC. Saves me buying a wired headset for the PC.

    They cancelled my order twice. I reached out to customer service and was told there was a payment failure, but I paid in full and checked out successfully. BigW, you've just lost a customer.

        I used AfterPay. To make it even worse, they said the actual price was $349, but I paid $314.10 (the final price after applying the promo code), meaning I was short by $34.90. Complete nonsense – it was a waste of my time arguing with the unknowledgeable customer service rep.

      Mine just arrived and it is quite impressive. Definitely not comparable to an OLED. I would say it's on par with the G54. It's quite bright.

    I just tried my G75 from Mobileciti yesterday. The fully charged battery lasts for one day with light usage. Is it normal? I thought new ones should last for 2-3 days.

    I'm very disappointed with this "deal".

    The fingerprint sensor simply doesn't work.

    I'll be returning this for a full refund.

      Have you tried registering someone elses finger? To make sure it's not your finger.

      I know my dad's fingers don't really register on any sensor because of all the callouses on them from the yard work he does.

      Using the G54 and the sensor has not failed me yet.

    I bought this phone Dec 2024 when it was 422 in officeworks
    I am happy with this phone so far
    I love the finger print sensor is at the side, as i dont like on screen
    Sensor is more sensitive comparing my old Samsung tho

    I charge the battery to 80% ish, it will last 1.25 day
    yet, i am not 100% knowing how moto adaptive chargin works
    i like samsung one that charge up to 85% and stop

    I am surprised that they drop the price so fast

    Picked up one from Officeworks and it had one white dead pixel on the screen. They refunded straight away as they had no stock left. Was a shame because I had already purchased a screen protector :(
