      I probably prefer Inglewood just a little bit more, but these guys do great coffee and the delivery time is a hell of a lot better than the competition. I reckon I'm due for another order so might have to grab some Stargazer.

    Thanks Dan, for another great deal! I'm planning to cut down on my caffeine intake, especially in the afternoon. In the meantime, I still want to enjoy great coffee. Rather than going 100% decaf, I'm considering a 50/50 mix of Decaf and Sumatra. Would that make a good half-strength blend? if not, would you recommend other half-strength blends?

      Hey there Markoov - we have a number of people who do the same - the most popular mix seems to be Decaf/Enterprise at some ratio. They are a little closer in roast level than the Sumatra. That said, I am sure it would still work well with either. If it was me though, I would mix it with Enterprise.

        For me, I would like to preorder some beans so that their roast date is on the last day of the promotion. This is because I have enough fresh beans to last me a few weeks, and I want to delay the roast date of my next batch of beans as long as possible

    I bought a few times from Lime Blue and went back to Airjo and Airjo had a much nicer and smoother flavour.

    Airjo beans were a tad too fresh as my epresso shots had too much crema, it needed another few days to age or whatever you call it. Perfect coffee from Airjo

    Anyone got any tips on how to store beans? It usually takes me 3 weeks to go through a kilo bag - but since there’s no delayed shipping option, I was thinking after 7-14 days (in pantry), then store in freezer so they’re ripe and ready to be consumed down the line whenever needed

      I divide them into 250g bags, vac-seal them, and throw them in the freezer.
