Just wait for the email or the pending transaction to be released. I'd not bother as it just makes them busier.
Oh well, I was looking forward to a punching bag - would have been good to take out my frustration at customer non-service.

Same. Price error + stock error, but they froze the payment process to stop the new order.

Might depend on the payment method used within Paypal?
For instance, I paid via Paypal using a linked credit card. I can see the paypal transaction but when checking my credit card statement, it is still pending. I'm assuming the pending charge will eventually be released and this will be reflected on paypal. So I'll just continue doing nothing for now

@ElectroGhoul: So, just called them. Orders like this can sometimes be 'ghost' orders.
Doesn't appear in their system or in the order history.
Eventually their finance system reverses it and you get the refund, however if you call and give the details of the transaction they can get it refunded faster.
Mine hasn't released either, Paypal says it will by tomorrow.
I contacted Bunnings via chat. You will need the order number, pay id number, email address used on the account and the amount you paid. I did it initially and nothing happened, the second time I did it, I had notification from Paypal after a couple of hours.
