Hi all, I’m currently with ANZ and my home loan is 5.79% with no fees. I refinanced about two years ago and got $4,000 cash back.
I can’t seem to find many cash back offers, anyone seen any good deals?

Sorry I meant that’s my interest rate 5.79.
that's very good IMO
with offset account variable ? any extra charges ?
mine's stuck at 5.86% and someone else in house at 6.04% (who cannot be bothered to call bank to ask for a better deal)
No fees, I’m with ANZ. I do have an offset account shared between me and my wife so both our pays go in there this is $10 a month.
Just thought and see how the market was.
Check ozb serch bar on top right.
Or go to each bank website to check. There are few banks in Australia anyway not that hard.
Speak to a broker to see what offers they can find. ANZ 3k for new customers and 2k for refinance was the highest last month.
Not all cashback lenders use brokers

IMB offering CB similarly
AMB @5.44% but no CB
You are on a pretty competitive rate.
Switching to Bank of China is an option - can go slightly lower (depends of various factors).
They have cash back offer for refinance - $3,288. Available for applications received from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025 and settled before 30th June 2025, and exclude Construction Loans. LVR <80%
ME bank is offering $3k for loans above $700k with maximum lvl of 80%
IMB cash back rule is as below -
Refinanced loans settled within 90 days, purchase loans settled within 180 days.
$4,000 for loans ≥ $750K. $3,000 for loans $500k<$749,999.

Thank you, hoping a few other banks start getting competitive.
