Basically it appears that online orders for Nandos's current LTO's are redeemable for 1/10th of what the normal redemption is.

i.e. 1/4 PERi-PERi Chicken + Cheesy Garlic + Reg Side -> Pay with 18 points (normal redemption rate would cost 180 loyalty points).

Points are accrued at a $1:1 point, and redeemable at 10 point:$1 redeemable (more accurately 1 point:10 cents). If I understand correct this is making it $1 spend:1 Point:$1 redeemable.

Look's to work for both meals under the LTO section on the app. Haven't tested with delivery.
Edit: Only the 1/4 Chicken Offer. Working with delivery apparenty.

    All my points are expired….

    Why would a digital points even expire???

    I know it's to give a person initiative to go to their store and hopefully make a person use real money with their points.

    Now that it's gone, I'm upset enough that I won't even be going back because of their stupid points rule.

    Placed an order for pickup, but the App has charged the 180 points each despite it quoting me still 18 points.
    I guess I got there just as they were patching it.

    Can't see a way to cancel/get my points back either

    Lesson learnt from me i kept topping up my points with the buy 1 get 1 free quarter chicken meal. Then by the time i sorted it the deal Expired and i couldn't get the extra 5 sets of quarter chicken meal :(

          Add the item to cart. Checkout. On payment screen if your points exceed the price then you can use them.

          • There will be a button next to peri perk points under the heading redeem points (this is above the other options under the heading payment method)
          • if you do not have enough points to cover the whole bill it will say insufficient points.
          • the above is tested on the app. Not sure about online
