Not ATL but a bloody good deal for a 518wh power station. I bought this the other day with the MyDeal 18% cashback.

Specs:
518wh ( 27k mAh @ 19.2V) (26ah @ 19.2v) or closer to 40ah at 12.5v. Enough to run a fridge for a day or two. Couple with solar for even lengthier usage.

-Solar input up to 200w (MPPT)
-800w pure sine wave inverter (peak at 1600w)
-usb-c output @ 100w
-comes with anderson plug, ac charger and car charger.

It looks like this model is a rebranded "white label". Ive seen them listed under Bluepalm S500F power station with some ok reviews.

  • “ Enough to run a fridge for a day or two.”

Not my fridge, that’s for sure.

I’d assume op means camp fridge

12v camp fridge, although you can run an A/C fridge for a few hours on the inverter

      • Many mains voltage fridges have a big power spike on startup which is too much for the smaller wattage power stations like this. So it often works out they won’t power a regular fridge at all.

I'd wait til kthe next upsized mydeal cashback and see if this is still the same price, e.g. a recent cashback was 18%

Would this be suitable to have it at the back of car to power a fridge? Any thoughts on how to get it charged whilst in car?

    • Yes it supports pass through charging(via 12v cig socket and then out via DC or AC.

Although i would never store a lithium battery pack in a car.

      • Although i would never store a lithium battery pack in a car.

Why? Whats makes it any different than having a 100Ah or bigger Lithium battery with a bunch of other 12v stuff connected to it?

        • cars get very hot, and batteries don't do well with heat

          • @renza: Well…. yes…. but again. How does a power station differ to a larger dedicated Lithium Battery? The risk is the same, yes?

            • @geekcohen: You could argue that when storing Lithium batteries in vehicles it is good practice to mount

them as low as possible in the coolest place and definately not with any direct sunshine through window.

These batteries, whether a power station or permanently mounted LiPo4 battery(s) are tools to be

used, they can handle warm enviroments up to 40-45+ temperatures, especially when only drawing

relativelylow currents such as 12 V fridge and lights. When charging power stations outside in the

sun (often using solar panel(s), best to always put it in the shade or at least cover it with a larger box,

using extension cables in order to keep it in shade also good. Charging, using and even storing these

batteries in above 30-35-38C will slightly reduce lifespan, but hay, we live and travel in a hot country

and they can handle that up to a certain limit of course using commen sense.

@ozhunter68: Of course. So the risk is the same for a power station vs a larger lithium battery.

I probably would have bought it if not for that stupid fixed handle.
You'd expect one would think about a packable form factor and space saving when designing the form of something for camping where trunk/storage real-estate is challenging. 🤦🤷
Bluetti have the best design imo.

That one doesn't include the powerbank. This one does and it $4 more but double the sized powerbank.

    • Yes, exact same. I have since recieved the power station, pretty good

  • What sort of normal house hold items can this be used for? Would a 65 inch tv work? Any heaters or coolers?

    • TV, yes.

Heating and Cooling, unlikely as it would exceed the 800 watts unless it is a pedastol fan.

      • Fans would work if you call that coolers (they used to be at least lol ).

  • I have one of these and it's doing my head in. I really want to be able to charge it AND use USB-C at the same time, however USB C cuts off the second you connect the charger (so it's useless for charging with solar and charging a device at the same time), I also find you need to have it in screen off mode before connecting your phone / device via USB-C otherwise it just sits there doing nothing.

The handle is frustrating because you cannot stack it, and the lack of a light means in an outage at night it can be a bit problematic.. though I solved this with a small 12v spotlight that I connect to the 12v outlet.. but again, due to the handle, there's nowhere to mount the light for regular use.

That being said the inverter is a solid performer - it ran out induction cooker on low when the power went out and was a godsend when running a vacuum pump in an area I had no outlets.
