        Mine is in this status (AC to II), with a 'Contact is to resolve' message.

        I am hoping they just fix it up, otherwise actually calling them up is going to be stuck of a call queue for a long time.

      finally was able to use it. a bit frustrating as apple pay still would not work, but putting in the card number finally worked today. They must have fixed something. Glad I was finally able to use it and not in a time crunch.

        Turns out they had a temporary stand that was external to the hotel, had no issues using it at the restauraunt inside.

    This should be interesting - brought the cards 4 hours ago and everything has been relatively seamless so far. Will be using it at dreamworld so let’s see if I get declined too.

                @JordanM: I have tested and apparently Dreamworld has a very large assortment of POSes with multiple names and MCCs, even if they want to make it work it would be extremely difficult. You even get machines programmed with Whitewater world entry in Dreamworld.

            @Hellcrusher3304: If you have kids, remember to compare the love gc offer and the kid-eats-free offer to see which one works out to be better for you. For 2A 2C, the kid-eats-free works out to be $10 cheaper than the love gc offer.

                It is both a payment method and comes with the 2 adults for $99 offer. You can choose not to use it though.

                    @Summoner: If you have entertainment book the buy one get one free offer is definitely better. Just pay with the Love GC card, you dont even need to tell them about it. But if you have kids you wont be able to combine any two offers.

      They added that term a bit later down the road and nobody really cared in my experience. However the cards dont work at quite a number of places they are supposed to work. I have posted an ad in the classified section selling my extra cards and listed some places I have tried.

          Some of the confirmed working places include Timezone ($50 for $200), dreamworld passes, the harvest buffet at the star, Jet Ski Safari, paradise resorts online activities/kids club bookings.

          Confirmed duds: bars at the Star, in store spendings at the Paradise Resorts (you can show the card for a 15% dining discount though), GC Jetboat and parasail, Go Ballooning

          To be fair the tour operators did say they are trying to resolve the issue with new POS terminals as Love GC cant uniquely identify their square terminals. So at least all operators relying on square terminals are likely to fail at the moment.

          As for the Paradise Resort, probably just a plain IT failure as the cards worked for online activities/kid club booking but not anywhere inside the resort tapped on mobile wallet.

          Just an update for the benefit of the community:

          Confirmed working places:
          Timezone ($50 for $200), Dreamworld online passes, the harvest buffet at the star, Jet Ski Safari, Paradise Resorts online activities/kids club bookings, restaurants (I tried chapter&verse and Citrique) at JW Marriott. GC Jetboat and parasail (they have already obtained a new POS), village roadshow's special online booking portal.

          Confirmed duds:
          Various bars at the Star, in store spendings at the Paradise Resorts (you can show the card for a 15% dining discount though), Go Ballooning, Anywhere in the Skypoint, Anywhere in Dreamworld/Whitewater world, front desk at the JW Marriott for room/parking/incidental charges.

          Now the cards are OOS I think the Ozb members should be able to use the classified to get rid of their cards pretty easily if they didn't work at your intended place. Will be easier and more beneficial to the community than pursuing a refund from Love GC as well.

                  @JordanM: I see, that would be a shame. I got mine at the beginning of the deal and it worked fine on the portal.

                  I would say DW is still really quiet even with the deal on so I dont really see why they would want to pull it. There was hardly any lines at the big kids attractions last week, but the family rides were quite busy (still reasonable though)

                  @JordanM: Btw you can also use the $100 Love Dreamworld pass to obtain the 10% annual pass holder discounts and buy other passholder special items. They may not scan properly sometimes but the staffs can manually apply it. Maybe it was not actually programmed as an annual pass in the system but I never got rejected when using it for passholder discounts.

                      @JordanM: Actually I am not sure, it scans up perfectly fine at Skypoint for the 10% dining discount and souvenir shop. It didn't work that much inside dreamworld, but the staff manually applied the discount every time without talking too much.
