      I bought from them before, they are genuine and often do good deals. Better than HN. This deal will be genuine too I feel. Bought a Lenovo from them a year ago, quick shipping, no fuss, and cheap as!

      I dealt with them recently (sunshine store). I would buy from them again. Ordered on our about the 20/12 and got the notebook couriered over on 03/01.

      They also had their web team shut during this period but got it through in a reasonable timeframe.

      Also called them just after placing the order with my sob story (true mind you) on why I needed it quickly, and the guy was happy to assist.

        OMG it is the "unofficial rep from HN". Now I'm starting to believe Centrecom is related to HN. JK, if this really is a pricing error I think Ozbargainers will be happy to receive the refunds ASAP and if Centrecom does not make such statement like Gerry did.

    Fair chance this a pricing error, even though it's pink.

    I believe these are the parts if you want to change the case colour (and void your warranty) — probably not worth it at those prices, though! :)

      Should have done it either way. The worst thing that can happen is they call you a professional and you lose access to $299 for a few days. Unless you were going to spend the money on something else, what is there to lose?

          As for the touch pad, the sticker wrap shouldn't affect it too much but if it does you could always just turn the touch sensitivity up.

      In short - yep, it will be fine! However I guess it is up to personal needs too. Weight? (a lot of uni students consider ultra books). HDD? If you are carrying it around a lot and want speed an SSD is better. However it will have the capabilities to run most things well and the money you save buying this can help with the cost of your text books and software! :)

      How long is a piece of string? It depends on what you're doing, if you're transcoding video then probably not long if your using facebook chat then on low contrast then much longer. If you have a problem with battery life just buy another battery and carry both with you. I mean it's not exactly a tablet anyway, a laptop is designed to be carried in it's own bag with accessories.
