    I have been using this from Nov 24, does a good job of picking up Golden Retriever hair on tiled and timber flooring. I run vacuum and mop every day and dog hair and other dirt is sucked into the collection bag. But long hair from my 2 girls some time get tangled over the roller which is easy to remove. Mopping has been excellent and has kept my light colored flooring spotless and shiny.

  Bought it on Sunday… If anyone has experienced this I would appreciate it if you could chime in. Could I order it today, and bring back that one tomorrow to get a refund at the Sunday rate?

  I've bought the Eufy S1 Pro and returned it as the vacuuming is really poor. I scattered tiny pieces of paper on my carpet and the vacuum would drive right over and not pick those up. I've instead purchased the Ecovacs X8 Omni which does a massively better job on carpet. In terms of vacuuming and mopping timber flooring and tiles, both are decent and I don't have complaints.

  Picked up my Eufy S1 Pro today. Yuffie the Maid charged to 100% battery and then deployed for her first tour of duty. Mopping ability is very very good and a game changer.

  Yuffie redocked. The waste water was auto cycled out, and it was almost black!

  Note #1: if you get a EB1L error (failed to fill clean water into robot), it means the dock's clean water reservoir is not fully seated OR the water tank at the back of robot has not been pushed in all the way so the red latches click.

  Note #2: noticed another user said their dock had an issue and leaked water (due to a clog) that went unnoticed and ended up damaging her wood floor.
