First one would require 3GB chips that aren't widely available yet (literally only the RTX 5090 mobile), second and third would be using 4GB chips, meaning they would be directly competing with some cards in the server and professional line-ups, so enterprise would promptly eat up all the supply despite having some features locked out.
3GB chips are the answer for premium GB203 and lower SKU options, but a 48 GB RTX 5090 would just increase costs for absolutely no benefit, as you're only hitting VRAM bottlenecks at 16K and above.
I think the killer products would be a 12GB 5060 Super and a 15 GB or 18 GB 5070 Super.
