    No offence but will the micro usb cables actually charge my smartphones or kindle? I have bought the cheapo ones from meritline before and they are terrible or break!

    Does anyone know if these are these of a similar standard?

      Exactly what I am wondering. A lot of micro-usb cables do not seem to be able to handle the 1000 to 2000 milliamps that modern tablets and smart phones require. USB2 standard is only 500 or 700 milliamps iirc.
      for the money I will take a punt anyway.

    I just got 3 lightning cables on ebay for $2 each shipped… there coming from China but unless you need the cable in a rush much cheaper price

    i wonder will the lighting cable charge and transfer data work properly?

    coz just last week i received a lighting cable from hongkong and it did charge my phone but for double time
    and when i connect to itunes, my itunes crashed. everything seems wrong. so if yours is 100% like the genuine one, i will try to pick one

    and now im waiting for a refund

      Hi ee6oos I personally use these cables and have never had a problem.
      We have also sold over 500 of them and never had a complaint / return based on cable quality.

        Can you take a photo of the lightning cable? Because it seems everyone is using the stock images (ive seen some lightning cables with PCB as the connectors, and badly made connectors that can scratch the hell out of the phone)
