With some patience, you could do that yourself using a paper template glued onto the steel, a hacksaw, and a file. However, using Etsy as a guide, about $43 (+/-) per number.
or try places like https://www.pcbway.com. Some times they are very cheap for one off's and other times not so much so it just best to try as it depends on the type of item.
50cm high is big for house numbers!
(and I think might not quite fit diagonally on this - depends how wide the numbers are, what font, and which digits - house number 11 will fit in the 56.6cm diagonal, but anything else will be very narrow. A rectangle with one side of 50cm inside a 40x40cm square has a width of about 6.5cm at max)
