      But when I try to sign into my account it says
      These credentials do not match our records

      • Hmm seems I didn't have an account, checked out as a guest. When I created an account with the same email address I used when checked out, going to dashboard shows no orders made yet.

        • I also did guest checkout. When I just crested an account, it shows order as cancelled.

            • @Ash-Say: Me too, I have recieved a confirmation email and PayPal confirmation too, but account still shows no orders.

        • I think a few of us are in the same boat - Paypal email confirmation, Soniq AU email confirmation, didn't create an account at time of order and now has nothing showing, even when clicking the "view your oder" button in the Soniq confirmation email (just takes you to https://clearance.soniq.com/).

          Perhaps @soniqaustralia could shed light on this and provide further details?

            Sorry about the confusion. If you have received email confirmations from us and your bank/lender, the order will have gone through. Our website has been playing up due to the large volume of orders being processed.

        I can confirm we have received your order! All the TVs ordered from the sale are currently enroute to the interstate warehouses. They should arrive by Monday and will be processed throughout the week. You should receive your order no later than Friday next week.       Yep - I picked up mine yesterday. Warehouse had soo many orders packed and ready to be picked up. We had to find mine as there were bunch of them around.

    How do you select pickup at warehouse ? Sorry don't see the option checkout just shows Customer matched zone “Local” and the payment section is stuck with comment "there are no shipping options available against Shipping

      I haven't been able to get the payments section to work either. Can't select a pickup location, can't select delivery, doesn't seem to matter what browser or operating system i'm using. It's been like that at least a day.

    Picked mine up and using already. Unfortunately it has a weird 2 inch wide burn in/slight green hue around the border. Pretty annoying, but not sure if I can be bothered following up with Soniq or not.

      Mine is the same. I think that's why they are cheap. It's a bit crap really. It's just an issue with blacks near the border

      • That’s disappointing. I’d be fuming if I paid the full $500 or whatever the RRP was.

        Can’t complain about the support service though. They’ve offered to pick it up and refund, but I wonder if it’s worth trying to do an exchange just to be sure. Another commenter is raving about the quality - could just be poor QA and it’s a lucky dip.

          • @Duk: They’ve replied saying it’s typical lcd behaviour and won’t do an exchange - only a refund.

            Fair at this price I guess, but I’m still not sure if I’ll keep it or not.

            • @chu-oh: Mine is the same too, also with a dead pixel right in the centre of the screen. Not going to complain considering the price.

              Might not have bothered ordering if this issue was mentioned in the description.

                @Moral hazard: Sorry about that. I decided to keep mine, it’s generally not noticeable and it’s only a bedroom tv.

                Though if it had a dead pixel I probably wouldn’t keep it.

  • I picked mine up today, haven't plugged it in yet. Anyone tried their's yet? Are they any good?

    • Picture excellent for $, sound poor.
      Needs a soundbar, then all good.
      No OS so remote has no delay

    • I bought the 65” x screen wise no complaints comparable to the other Hisense I have the 65A7hau(2022 purchased if I remember). There is a slight light green hue on right side though not noticeable when there is an image on the screen. It has very slim bezel that is a nice touch. Screen is bright and contrast is good for blacks. Sound is better than the Hisense but that is not comparing much as all TV’s in the entry level categories are crap! The UI is pretty snappy and being Google OS it is good similar to the t first gen Nvidia shield that I have. The stands though are at the edges so you need a tv stand of at least 1500mm width to cure your OCD. Mine is 1400mm and I just have 10 mm clearance on either side.

      So my summary is for the price it is a steal, one caveat is that it is early days so reliability is to be seen. Overall it is worth the money and then some more for the 65”.

    • I just picked up mine from crestmead - didnt get a specific ready to pickup email but when I emailed using the sales email they said all QLD orders are ready (location is a bit hidden and no obvious signage)

  • Got a notification that it was ready for pick yesterday. As I was about to leave to pick it, I received another email saying the pick up delayed due to stock issue. Not sure what's going on!

    • Got an email too today saying pick up stock got delayed for whole NSW.

      But mine wasn't a pick up but it was delivered yesterday. Also it has different order #, but their email addressed my name.

      I think their system is eff up. Should I double dip? lmao

  • No email since the order confirmation. Then I reached out and they told me NSW orders will be delayed as en route to NSW deliveries are delayed will notify me when pickup is available. I didn’t choose pickup.

    Then a call from the delivery driver very next day. No tracking or email or anything so obviously no one was home. Had to arrange to be left with the neighbour as they wouldn’t accept redelivery YMMV.

  • Just received a TNT tracking number saying it’s on route/being picked up for delivery to Perth from Adelaide. Current bedroom TV is slowly dying so I’m itching for this to arrive already!

        Mine seems to be fine, no colour banding or hue around the edge. Had to turn the brightness down as it was too bright at 50%.

        • Ah good - mine was pretty close to correct straight out of the box - no banding or bad pixels
          Thats never happened before but I didn't need to make any adjustments - also for the price was happy and could not be bothered diving through the menus
