Based on your experience, could you please share some good options to consider ?
$15 Bunnings fan heater will do the heating job just as well. Not quite as stylish though

Be aware this doesn't actually "cool". It's just a fan.
that's hefty tax… I got a cheaper version of it from Ebay
I have an older version of this without the purifier. As a heater, it is pretty mediocre and as a fan it’s terrible. There is no ‘cooling’ as such. Even at the top speed as a fan it can’t cool down a small kid’s room on a warm day.
I have the "cooling" version only with the purifier, for anyone buying into the hype as I once was, Dysons are noisy and not best suited for sleeping. Get a DC fan from anywhere, it is ten times better. I get that they spend a lot of money on R&D and, most importantly, marketing, but are they really 5-10 times (relative to cost) better than a DC pedestal fan? I don't think so.
If you're just looking for a heater, there's far better options than paying the Dyson tax.
