Exclusions: The Promotion is not applicable to any of the following products:

  • (a) Any products from the following IKEA Kitchen range: including IKEA kitchen cabinets, fronts, fixed interiors, worktops, wall panels, taps, sinks and sink accessories, freestanding kitchens, modular kitchens, handles, ovens, microwaves, combination, hobs, rangehoods, fridges, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, filters, and kitchen accessories including the METOD, ENHET and KNOXHULT systems, and all knobs and handles;
  • (b) Any products from the IKEA Wardrobe range: including IKEA wardrobe system frames, fixed interiors, doors, drawer fronts, and wardrobe accessories including the PAX and PLATSA systems, and all knobs and handles;
  • (c) Any products from the IKEA Chest of Drawers range as listed on our IKEA category page at this link: (https://www.ikea.com/au/en/cat/chests-of-drawers-10451/);
  • (d) Any IKEA services (such as picking, delivery, assembly, installation, custom stone, takeback/recycling, planning and interior design services);
  • (e) Any IKEA Gift Card purchases; and
  • (f) Any IKEA Food products from the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Bistro or Swedish Food Market.

In-store redemption: For the Promotion to apply to the relevant purchases in-store. one of the below methods must be used:

  • (a) Assisted purchase (Remote shopping): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the sales co-worker creating their order and organising delivery.
  • (b) Payment at POS Terminal: IKEA Loyalty Members must scan their Loyalty Member membership details or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before finalising their purchase.
  • (c) Payment at check-out (with an IKEA Sales Co-worker): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the sales co-worker assisting at the POS register before the transaction is finalised.

The Promotion will be automatically applied when qualifying items have been added/scanned and
once the threshold minimum spend amount is exceeded within a single transaction.

Online redemption: For the Promotion to apply to the relevant purchases online, Eligible members must sign into their IKEA Loyalty account or insert their IKEA Loyalty membership number in the requested field online and/or via the IKEA App before finalising their purchase.

Only one offer a time: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer or IKEA Loyalty member offers unless otherwise stated.

        It is an IKEA, you just need to walk from the furniture hall to the check out and then to the return. Probably takes like 5 mins if there is just a short line.

        IKEA coupon/discounts T&Cs are usually BS, I would be highly surprised if they ACTUALLY exclude anything.

      They gave out $25 discount every $250 block purchases ~ thus for $1000 purchase, it's $100 discount.

      If you bought in store or online using your IKEA family card, call support and ask for refund. Mention about the promotion. I did this yesterday and got $25 refunded straightaway.

            @rysith: you cannot split payment when purchasing from IKEA online
            however you can use Ultimate giftcards to exchage to IKEA giftcards
            then spend in IKEA online using IKEA giftcards

            According to previous comments
            some experiences that you can use around 6-9 IKEA giftcards, while some other successfully used much more

              @littlesoldier: I just used around 6 gift cards for one online purchase today. Past usages - the most I did was 8 gift cards for one purchase.

              Yes you can split payment between payment methods, say you need to pay $203 of purchases - $200 from gift card and $3 from your credit card.

              You can buy 6% Ikea discounted gift card from Macquarie bank.

              @littlesoldier: I recently used close to 30 of them. Apparently checkout will time out after 15 mins or so, it was recommended to me that I copy them from a text file rather than keying them in checkout.

                @King Steuart: If you are talking about using the ultimate gift card to buy stuff from ikea online, you exchange it to an ikea gift card on the ultimate gift card website, there is no need to "buy" ikea gift cards

      It can't hurt to contact the call centre & see if they'll give you the discount. I'm sure I've seen people here say they've done similar things in the past. Definitely worth a go!

      Point e refer the promo discount excludes buying IKEA gift cards. If you just buy physical products, you can pay with your IKEA gift cards.
