I don't think they do ECG. I haven't checked for a while, but at one stage watches tracking ECG were not allowed to activate that feature in Australia. This may have changed.

yes as hopper said, it does track ECG but only compatible if you have a Samsung phone. the watch can connect to other android brands but you lose the ECG measurement and other features

The battery on the Watch 6 and 7 aren't great. I've got the 5 pro and that lasts 2 days with everything turned on.
If you are after steps, message notification and calories burnt, look at the samsung fit. That thing lasts a good 6-7 days without needing charge.
