@Jimothy Wongingtons should mention Ikea products more often.

Good price. Even at $59 I think it’s worth. Lying on mine right now.

Paid full.price, bit too soft. Am i able to return it.

      Looks like it is possible
"Whether you’re not completely satisfied or just have a change of heart, you can return your items within 365 days. You are assured a full refund when you present proof of purchase, and if possible, return the product in its original packaging."

Weird. We bought some towels that tore after 6 months and they argued with us about returning them. Never had towels tear before.

Bought a chopping board that bent/warped into an arch after a few months. Ikea matey was like 'did you put it in dishwasher?', I said no. He then went to the backroom to talk to someone and came out saying they can't refund it because 'it shouldn't bend like that'.(duh? insert clown face emoji). I later checked the reviews and noticed the 1 star reviews are mostly about it warping. So no it's not a me issue. From then on I avoid Ikea products. Their warranty is a scam.

    • Agreed. But the gel side seems to be firmer, that did the trick for me.

  • Not sure this qualifies as ergonomic.

    • I'd consider memory foam ergonomic in that it adapts to your form, but I'm no expert

Not sure this is the best name for a pillow.

Their Spünken mayonnaise however is pretty good.

Big fan of these pillows. I use these with Luddros pillow protectors… always keep spares..

  • Ergonomic pillow, side/back sleeper

Never anything for us chest sleepers.

  • Thanks OP it was time to update pillows. Looks good for sidesleeping

Popular with The Last of Us watchers

  • Thanks OP, bought 3

  • Ordered 2 thank you!

  • So is your pillow case just really saggy in the middle or what? Do you have to buy one from IKEA designed for the shape? Wouldn't surprise me with their non -Australian standard size quilts and their covers

  • C&C - not available
    Store - 1 left

My local store says no before I attempt to try.

  • The best pillow in Australia is the Kmart one according to online forums and Reddit: https://www.kmart.com.au/product/2-pack-supreme-comfort-pill…

    • Bought a similar one from Target - it was rubbish and ended up in the bin after only a few weeks.

      • +1

I think they might have meant the two for $25 basic Kmart pillow is the best in Australia that's soft on your wallet.

With pillows, people have very different needs depending how they sleep. So there isn't really one "best" pillow for everyone.
For instance, these high-loft Kmart pillows would be awful for a stomach sleeper like me. But the IKEA one above is fantastic for that.

These things aren't too bad - although the cool side doesn't take long to heat up. I have to rotate the pillow multiple times a night (rotate not flip).

  • Normally 39.95

The best thing I ever bought for my sleep. Never woke up with a sore neck again after using one.

Looks like a high profile pillow for side sleepers

  • I got a cervical pillow from Amazon for $99, absolutely amazing, I no longer crack my neck constantly and have very deep & restful sleep. Told my colleagues and they bought identical versions from Temu for $34.

    • +1

      links?

      • Amazon or Temu?

    • Do you remember the brand name please?

      • The one I bought or my colleagues?

  • Ordered one… but via delivery ($5). Was hoping I could do click and collect to their Highpoint Plan & order point store as I'm literally around the corner, however I was not given any option despite their website saying "smaller, parcel sized orders can be collected from "Plan & order point stores".

Would have cost me more than $5 to drive over to Richmond and collect it but I'll have to wait for the Wednesday delivery now.

The pillow height is 13cm for those wondering.

Might be too high for some people and this is not a pillow where you can add/remove foam to suit.

    • It's just a little too low for me. I had to stick another thin pillow underneath.

  • Just bought 2 and they feel great. Head sinks nicely into the pillow and good neck support

    • +1

I have both, this and the Kmart one, the Kmart one is definitely more comfortable. The Ikea one forces you to sleep in 1 position which I guess is good for the neck but not comfortable.

  • +1

This is a great pillow, I went through so many pillows over the last decade, unable to find one I liked until I landed on this. My partner and I now both use these and really like it.

  • In my experience, this is for side sleepers only.
I had neckache while sleeping on my back.

  • Thank you @anfuni ^_^

Managed to put mine to the test with an afternoon nap, Best nap I've had in years. (Upgraded from a 3 year old and stained $10 Kmart pillow)

I managed to get 2 of these pillows and used the $10 new user voucher I received
    $34 per pillow = BARGAIN!!!
