        • yeh not looking to spend that much

@Homr: These will work for that. Try to not let them run out of charge. And buy from Amazon for that sweet, sweet refund

      • +1

Ive had mine for like 3 years and they still work fine, and I haven't treated them lightly

    • +1

      mine lasted 2 weeks

you did good to get them to last three months

    • +2

Three years and still going strong for me, using them most days. Hold a good charge and great sound quality.

      • One of the buds just refuses to charge. The other will probably keep going for a few years. The other issue is that it will randomly connect while in the charging case

        • You could try cleaning the terminals on the buds and the pogo pins in the case, or rough them up a little with an abrasive. Sometimes I have to reseat mine when I drop them in the case now that they’re a bit older…

          • +1

@xdirex: Yea tried all that. Issue is the buds battery just going kaput I think

            • @belongsinforums: Yeah fair call. Roll off the dice with cheap electronics buti’ve been very pleased with the quality of mine, and if not… Amazon warranty.

  • Mine lasted 7 months, so got lucky

  • any other recommendations for sub $100?

    • Aldi has some for $49 right now. And Aldi is pretty good with warranty

If you can wait for the next sale, these are very good.

    • I got a pair of oneplus buds 3 which are pretty alright, over 100 on amazon but can get for ~80 on aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006693737827.html

Soundpeats Capsule3 Pro+ and EarFun Air Pro 4 (like manja linked) are apparently great for under 100

    • earfun 3 or 4 pro are a safe choice, wait for the sale to get them around 70 for the 3s and idk 90 for 4? (has been lower but i think that was an anomaly). i have the 3, swear by them. only wish they fit my ears better but that's a me problem.

    • The creative zen air two were 25 bucks not long ago, sound is decent but not outstanding but they are reliable and have noise cancelling, and support 2 devices I believe

I bought mine about a year ago, no issues

    • +3

I've also had them for ages, use them pretty much every day with no issue

  • +2

Mine's still going strong after two years.

"You last purchased this item on 18 Aug 2022"

I think they lasted one or two uses last time. I paid the same amount for this garbage in 2022. Avoid. I wish i never bought them because those $25 were not worth it. If you're trying to make sense of the mixed reviews, don't bother, it's poor QA.

I've had mine for years - zero issues. Would totally recommend for 25 bucks

  • This is a super super old model. Do not get this!!

    • what's the new model?

      • QCY MeloBuds N50 would be newer than this by a wide margin with updated specs.

        • same issues with melobuds unfortuantely

  • +1

Happy with mine. Used for 1 year plus

  • They're showing $35.99 now, as in -18%
    Was going to buy them

    • dunno why, but they're showing the cheaper price again right now

      • Same for me now, cheaper price showing as well
