I have the same issue. I paid with a St.George Debit card for a Kmart gift card, and the 5% bonus hasn't tracked. Does anyone know how to raise/report this issue?

@Swiftz: Got the same 14 days email. I'm doubtful, I don't think I've seen it take anywhere near that long before for tracking
@Swiftz: Today was 14 days for me so I followed up again. Received an email reply fairly quickly from support, noting they had manually added the missing bonus cashback. And I see it in my account now.
So make sure you follow up to get it fixed.
So irritating - mine did not get tracked and pvt msg and was asked to contact the helpdesk and yet Candice from ShopBack helpdesk did not acknowledge and kept saying 2 times now that there was no such promotion.
"We've checked our system for any promos or bonuses associated with St. George card purchases on April 28, 2025. Our records indicate that there wasn't an available promotion or bonus for St. George card purchases on that date."
Anybody received the tracking for the bonus on the Kmart gift cards? I received the tracking and confirmation already for the 1.75% base but the 5% bonus hasn't tracked yet.
