  • Nice. I've placed an order but as I don't fly out until mid May, I have to wait to get an eSim? Why not just send it immediately so I can prepare it?

    • Hi Cyphar! 👋 Thanks for your order and great question!

We send the eSIM QR code 3 days before your arrival date to ensure it’s valid and activates smoothly when you land.

If you need it earlier for any reason, feel free to reach out to us directly via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=6281239382588 😊

Let us know how you’d like to proceed!

      • I get $14, down from $17. Not $12. What am I doing wrong?

        • Hi as mentioned on our website, the price increased starting May 1 due to some operational reasons.
However, feel free to message us via email or WhatsApp, we have something special for you

  • kyc for this too, sure

    • Yes, KYC is required for this too.
It’s a government regulation in Indonesia for all eSIMs with local phone numbers. You’ll need to submit a clear passport photo, arrival date, and IMEI number for activation and device registration. Let us know if you need help with the form!

  • What kind of info do I need to complete the KYC?

    • Hi!

To complete the KYC process (required for all eSIMs with a local Indonesian phone number), please submit:
      - A clear photo of your passport: required by Indonesian government regulation to verify the identity of foreign users
      - Your IMEI number: needed to register your device so it can connect to Indonesian networks (as per Ministry of Communication rules)
      - Arrival date: helps us activate your eSIM at the right time
      - and other contact information (email, name)

These steps are mandatory under Indonesian telecom and customs regulations to ensure all devices and users are properly registered.

Prefer a non-KYC option? We also offer this via a partner (note: higher price). For more info, contact us via email or WhatsApp 🙏

Couldn't be easier, great deal too!
