My tips:

  • Wait till it tracks before you pick up the order. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
  • Consider using the BWS website (& not the BWS app) as other cashback sites state cashback is not eligible via the BWS app.

    Good luck. I've had nothing but trouble tracking these BWS deals with Shopback. Current complaint has been under review for 3 weeks.

    ShopBack has been terrible in tracking and with their support in recent times. I’ve used them for solely for years but have recently started moving my business elsewhere.

    Good luck with this deal for anyone that bites.

    is 100% cashback of 1 bottle of Heineken Silver 330mL included in the standard $25 cap? what if my order is mixed with exclusion items (Penfolds) and non-exclusion items; do i still get the standard cashback for non-exclusion items from the order?

    I placed a order over $50 for a carton of beer and also got a single Heineken but only received a email for the 20% cashback on the beer but not the 100% on the Heineken

    Followed all the instructions

      GYB mentioned to allow 14 business days for tracking but there were several comments about not tracking even after 14 business days. Will check with @gotyourback

      On 14/04/25, GYB replied:

      The bonus cashback should show up as a separate entry after 14 business days from your purchase date
      If it’s been over 14 business days and the bonus hasn’t appeared, feel free to reach out to our support team ([email protected]) — and I’ll also raise this with the backend team to double-check on your behalf 👀

      There were tracking issues mentioned here and here.

          I dm GYB rep on 4th May regarding Heineken not tracking and also sent an email to [email protected] on 30 April. I am STILL waiting for them to rectify the cashback error. BWS purchased was made on the 5 April 2025.

    +1 for @trixieb detailed posts…want to -1 for the convoluted additon of Apple pay to your linked card, if eligable, which tracks independantly, if at all.
