    • Yeah, I was going to edit my old deal but they added Westpac.

      Edit: Eh, why not add it to this one.

          Partial payment has been fine in the past but now I'm not 100% sure (it's probably fine).

          Also be careful with this. Don't add to your balance before the funds come out of your card, Amazon will take the funds out of your balance first before charging your card. And if you're ordering multiple items there's no way to split the card payment.

          • @Hiphopopotamus: Oh no I have a balance of much more than order amount, never realised amazon doesn't allow you to choose a specific amount from balance which is a shame. Going forward its best not to add gift cards to account straight away then

      I believe so since it acts like promo credit.

      • Not necessarily. If it follows like the eBay tracking, the main Amazon upsize will be $0, but the bank bonus and the challenge should still be ok

        Happy to be corrected, but I haven’t shop with Amazon for cashback in a while

    Is the subsequent S&S categorised as "Exclusions" or "Everything else"

    • Exclusions, just cancel and set up a new one.

      • I always cancel and setup a new one. However, i always got $0 cashback because i reordered (cancel and set up a new one) the same items - i thought thats what shopback meant with subsequent (or the 2nd orders)

        • Weird, hasn't been an issue for me. Though I can't really remember the last time I used SB for Amazon.

    When I view the challenge via the SB app, it shows $109.00 to go.
    This seems like a regular glitch on SB where they show the ex-GST amount.

    The question is will spending $109.00 ($100 in GC + $9 via WP/StG/BOM card) fulfill the challenge?

    SB will do there normal trick of invalidating the cash-back for no reason and ignoring all requests for support. Not worth the time

    • Opt in bonuses dont usually show up until the normal cashback is confirmed. Bank bonus should show up though

      • It normally appears in the tracked section of the deal once the transaction tracks on SB.

      I have got my base cashback and Westpac bonus cashback, but nothing has been tracked for the challenge nor the $10 bonus yet.
      I think there's a known issue that Amazon reposts only the date of the transaction instead of the date and time like other retailers, and as a result all Amazon transactions are tracked as 12:00am. But transactions only count if they happened after the challenge was opted-in, and it's most likely that you didn't opt-in the challenge before 12:00am.
      What happened before was that Shopback manually adjusted and people got the bonus days after being qualified. I don't know why Shopback hasn't fixed this issue, because it can simplify take the click time as the transaction time, so everything will work automatically. Please correct me if I'm wrong. @gotyourback

                • @gotyourback: I have placed multiple orders on Amazon on 13 May, which were all tracked successfully for base cashback, the first order along was more than $120, however only one $16 item in that order was counted towards the Spend $120 challenge. I should be qualified for that challenge in the morning on 13 May. The chat support is useless. Can you please fix this issue for me? Thanks!

        • My message sent on the 16th still hasn't received a response. Going to give the bank bonus deals a miss going forward. Would have been better getting a lower discount paying with discounted gift cards instead. Saves the hassle of having to chase issues with tracking.
