    Uhhhh??

You know, for millions of years, the seasons have turned in quiet rhythm. Summer always returns, as sure as it once came.

But I thought in the Worlds before Monkey, Primal chaos reigned…

Lol are you even in Australia? We're heading into winter now, not summer.

    • Australian Owned and operated! :)

You guys never heard of an endless summer! Lol Nethertheless it's a good deal.

I'm a fan of this fan, have it in my office and it has an ultra low speed mode (hold down 1) which just adds a nice gentle breeze through the room.

    • Same Barry, couldn't agree more, the ultra low setting I use through winter just to keep the air circulating.

Lol now you're mentioning using a fan in winter, you definitely work in marketing.

          Lol @WatchNerd I didn't even know I'd done that! :)

I always have ceiling fans set on the lowest setting in winter. Nice gentle breeze and moves around the warm air from the ducted system (if on)

          • @HardwoodTimber: Same I use it to gently move air from the big reverse cycle split around the lounge and dining. Much better distribution of heat.

Has anyone ever used the reverse mode on these fans in winter… is it effective?

        • +2

Fan use in winter is pretty normal. Hell, fans even have a "winter" setting. You should stick to watches.

@Hinee: Never said they weren't. I think you missed the joke. The Rep said in the description to upgrade before the heat hits, then mentions they use it in winter too. Haha good salesman.

I don't actually know that much about watches either.

  • Looking at getting a ceiling fan for my unit. How much does installation usually cost?

    • Roughly about $200 a fan but depends a lot on where in Australia you are.

    • You should probably get a different fan that has a dimmable light. We find that the 5-step and 3-colour light included with a lot of DC fans is great, but visiting a friend's house who only has 1 colour and 1 light intensity is not a great option.

Obviously if you have downlights already you don't need that… But you might also get stroboscopic effect if the fan is in the way.

  • Can you wire this one so the wall switch turns the light on/off, and then use the remote for the rest?

    • Yes, your electrician can do this.

  • Is this the same as Fanco Eco, just a different badge?

    • Couldn't say sorry. Popular style through most fan suppliers.

Do you sell AC's too or onlyfans?

    • Only ceiling fans and lighting sorry.

  • What is the delivery time to outer regions of Greater Sydney?

  • Can you recommend anything for an alfresco area?
