Monthly Cashback Offer
This offer is only available to existing Orange Everyday customers. This offer commences on 01 May 2025 and ends on 31 August 2025 (Promotion Period).
Subject to these terms, customers who meet the 'Activation Criteria' and the 'Ongoing Criteria' (described below) will be eligible to receive $15 cash each month during the Promotion Period.
Activation Criteria
To meet the Activation Criteria, you must complete the following by the date specified in your email:
Activate the offer by visiting the link provided in your email or in the ING app; and then
Make a deposit of at least $1,000 into any Orange Everyday account in your name from an external source.
If you meet the Activation Criteria, ING will make a single payment of $15 to you in the calendar month after the Activation Criteria is met (although in some cases this may take longer).
Ongoing Criteria
To meet the Ongoing Criteria, you must:
Have already satisfied the Activation Criteria; and
Make deposits totalling at least $1,000 into any Orange Everyday account in your name from an external source in each consecutive calendar month of the Promotion Period; and
Hold an active and unrestricted Orange Everyday account at the time the $15 bonus is paid.
If you meet the Ongoing Criteria in each consecutive month of the Promotion Period, ING will make a single payment of $15 to you in the calendar month after the Ongoing Criteria is met (although in some cases this may take longer).
If you fail to meet the Ongoing Criteria in any month during the Promotion Period, you will cease to be eligible for any $15 payments for the remainder of the Promotion Period.
$15 bonus payments
Payments under this offer will be made into your Orange Everyday account. Where you have more than one active, unrestricted Orange Everyday account, the payments will be made into the account with highest balance as at the date we check whether you have met the Activation Criteria or Ongoing Criteria. This could be an account held jointly with another account holder. For the avoidance of doubt, any customer who is eligible to receive any $15 payment under this offer will only receive that payment once, even if:
they meet the Activation Criteria multiple times;
they meet the Ongoing Criteria multiple times in any month; or
the payment is made into a jointly held Orange Everyday.
This offer is available for a limited time only and is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly indicated. Orange Everyday Benefits for Orange Everyday Customers
Orange Everyday Benefits will apply for the next month when you meet the following eligibility criteria during the current month:
deposit at least $1,000 from an external bank account to any personal ING account in your name (excluding Living Super and Orange One), and
also make at least 5 card purchases that are settled (and not at a 'pending status') using your ING debit or credit card (excluding ATM withdrawals, balance enquiries, cash advances and EFTPOS cash out only transactions).
Orange Everyday customers who hold an ING Home Loan are automatically eligible for Orange Everyday Benefits, and are not required to meet this monthly criteria.
Each month that you're eligible for the Orange Everyday Benefits, you'll receive the following on your Orange Everyday accounts:
1% cashback on eligible utility bill payments (up to $100 per financial year),
Unlimited rebates on ING International Transaction Fee; and
Rebates on the ATM Withdrawals fee for the first 5 fee incurring ATM withdrawals (excludes international ATM operator fees).
An eligible utility bill payment is a payment made by BPAY, PayTo or direct debit (BSB and account number) from your Orange Everyday account for a water, gas or electricity bill from an agreed supplier for the Australian residential address of the account holder.
