FYI,
I created a new menulog account for my partner, used this deal using my existing shopback account ( i have ordered menulog before using shopback). Somehow i got tracked as existing customer, created a support case, no response as of now.
Be warned. I used the same deal last time. Tracked for $25 initially, then without any notice the cashback amount reduced to $4ish. Submitted a case and haven't heard from them for months.

Now have to wait and see.

Yes, I used the chat in app, but it's only virtual bot but you can still leave all your situation. Then they replied in email.
