I was in market for washer and dryer and found reduced price for this bundle (but only in white, black colour is not at discounted rate).

If bought individually:

But after bundle, 10% discount gets applied. So washer is for $818.46 and dryer comes down to $940.01.

BESPOKE Laundry Stacking Kit (White) SKK-SRW is available for $119.20 (MRP $149). Not sure if this item is discounted regularly or not.

Ordered the Esatto last night at 11:59 pm and already arrived this morning at 10:30 am. Esattor has a total of 3 year warranty. I don't see the point in paing thousands extra for a Samsung logo

You don't have to clean the condenser manually with the Samsung, I guess that's a benefit. Also see the comments about the belts breaking in the Esatto? It might be worth the risk for some I guess. Also I think anyone looking at the Samsung unit is more focused on appearance too. The Esatto is not a looker at all.

For me this bundle makes sense because it also has aesthetic appeal. YMMV

You're paying $1k+ more for a washer and dryer. Not a good comparison.

    • Samsung comes with free fire hazards

Hello ozpk. How did you get that price? I price I got for the combo is 2958.

    • It's through EPP, not sure if available through Samsung EDU store or not. But yes, that's regular price.

  • Well, y'all gonna have to get in quick. Given there's one of them. And it was made for an individual.

What do I do with the extra 3kg?

  • I'm in the market for a new combo and was super interested in this, until I read the reviews for the washer :(

    • +1

Yeah, I was on the edge as well. One of my colleagues has this and he was singing praises. So I decided to pull the trigger.

    • Hmm… tho not to the same level of discount or the same colour or size or number of reviews, the black 9kg washer seems to be reviewing ok / to sub into the combo with the dryer…

      • Tried to price match the black one on my EPP account with the white one, got told no. YMMV.

  • Be wary the warranty doesnt cover the internal rubber if it gets damaged

  • I have the dryer it's great

  • It's coming to $1,803.47 for me.

$1,044.45 + $959.40 = $2,003.85, minus 10% is $1,803.47, so it makes sense. Is there another discount being applied?

What exactly is "bespoke" about a mass manufactured appliance?

  • One of my Bosch heat pump dryer only can rotate one direction rather backward, after it finishes cycles, Items tangled a lot.

Previous condensation dryer can rotate both directions. Much better

  • To confirm it’s 2 units right? Not an AIO?

    • Yes, 2 units. I did not like idea of washtower because if one of the unit fails, you have to replace both.

      • Very fair point, my relatives are quite technical though and likely could assist with repairs.

Also 5 years under consumer law imo

        • Be aware about few things before proceeding:

          • If there's issue with one of the computer boards, both units will be useless until repaired. And yes, it will be repaired and whole machine won't be replaced.
          • There are various caveats/loopholes in the warranty, so not everything is covered. If you choose to lodge claim against manufacturer, which takes longer period to resolve and till then you may not be able to use both dryer and washer at all for that period.
          • If you choose to get it repaired from third party (not authorised one), manufacturer may void all of your warranty.
          • @ozpk: Good notes, might instead consider a non combo with this in mind

  • Doh, deliberated too long on it, looks like the dryer is OOS now

    • +1

Seems to be back in stock now and have put in an order on my end :) Thanks for posting OP

  • Have the washer, probably a year now. Putting aside people's gripes about Samsung support, it has been great.

12 kgs easy, ridiculous options that work (like Hygiene Steam with a teen boy - god send!), cant hear it, can turn off the crazy jingle, sends Hubby app reminders to empty 😀

    Im happy.

  • Although not this particular model, we have the same generation, but the AIO washer/dryer. I love it to bits, BUT…it's already needed two repairs in under 3 years, including a drum replacement! In nit-picky info - there's a typo in the wording at the finish of ours. It says "Recomneded cycle has been completed"

    Buyer beware (unfortunately)

  • "bespoke" is such an overused word now that it has become annoying.
