Yeah figured that was what it is, so basically, it's weasel words making the fair discount seem higher.

They may also BS a bit and it doesn’t take 15% off their fuel surcharge “tax”, which is not a tax.
Doesn’t appear you can stack with cashback (5.5% for westpac currently)

Not quite sure of the meaning of your comment. I fly Qsuite maybe once a year, and find it's a bit of a treat compared to business class offerings from Qantas, United, Sri Lanka, Lufthansa when I think of those I've done recently.
This is a good discount. But just like all airlines its only for base fare, Saved over $1000 on 3 people in high season. Even better than the student club discount which was only $300.

Check before and after amounts, often these codes don’t do anything for most airfare codes.
