Mine came through, but took a good 12 hours. All worked out though, and gift card email says valid for 2 months instead of 1.
My wife just called Fortitude Valley and was told the consignment with 40x Switch's has gone missing and to call back at 3pm! Truck is MIA.
Just called them, still nothing.

I mean its pretty low to not communicate at all, managers were out of the store for a few hours so nobody knew anything. Many opportunities to send out messages saying the truck had become lost on rainbow road
If the truck got lost on Rainbow Road it should've been yesterday so I could've spent the evening finding it
Working on moving the order ID to another store so it can be picked up somewhere else

They’re just saying whatever they need to say to fob us off onto whoever is working tomorrow. I’m trying to get my order moved to Moore park since lunchtime but it’s in limbo.
The manager in broadway said the only way he could’ve gotten stock is to pick it up from the depot himself. I said why didn’t you do that! He said it’s in botany and staff aren’t allowed to go there.

Yes 2 accounts from same store. Went to a normal register then self-serve checkout.
Picked mine up today, got message, i only work 2 minutes away from the store. Got voucher but only for $50, was told the 10% back was only for the weekend this went live and should not of been on switch 2 as it was a pre order.

I call this bs. The promotion was clearly mentioned on the Switch 2 listing when it was live
Call BS, you and we all paid when the 10% in gift cards was running. If anything, we should have received the gift cards then.
Mine is ready for pickup. Don't have time to drive to store. May cancel it. Thinking to wait for better deal on Black friday
I hope that I remember and others learn from another flop of a launch by Harvey Norman to not purchase from them.

Pre-ordered it on 12 April and picked it up yesterday from the Melbourne City store.
The staff mentioned accessories arrived about two days earlier, but the consoles only arrived on launch day.
Around 80-90 consoles were allocated to the store, all of them were pre-ordered for pickup.My preorder was delivered today. Got the 10% gift card as well (note it seems to only be valid for 1 month, gotta spend it quickly)

Can someone share the ABN on their online invoice? I've got 14 818 873 384 as mine and when I picked up my order they couldn't tell me if it was the stores ABN or if the online store has a separate ABN
