Ordered two, and hasn't been cancelled or refunded yet
I ordered 1 only and my order still in processing. I ordered when there was only 5 upvotes so I was one of the first.
Still no delivery confirmation email

The quality is overall solid. Does what it's supposed to do. I like that you get a clicking sound when it's fully turned into the weight you want to select.

@Dreamcast: Email customer service to see options. If they make me send them back and pay for shipping I will be pretty upset as that is gonna cost a lot for 27kg.
With how flimsy this mechanism seems, a bit concerned if weights will just fall on my head if I make the wrong move lol.
@Dreamcast: they agreed to offer refund for the 1 dumbbell without returning. Just gonna cut my losses and accept it. I have one dumbbell that works.

@Fat Horny Ghost: I received them, one dumbbells each box, luckily ordered two. I think they shouldn't sell like that, some people ordered just one.
Actually I opened the boxes and it is a dumbbell per box.

Exactly same situation as me, one of mine is fine, the other has a broken plastic on-top of the mechanism so won't adjust
you should open the other boxes. 1 out of 2 for mine was not working for the adjustment. Same issue as yours it seems, the plastic mechanism. I can't believe they used plastic mechanism for this.
if you're gifting, you should really check that they all work.
I figured out you can place a little bit of hard plastic (cut 5mm of the zip tie that came with it) and sticky tape ontop of the metal piece where the plastic broke off. That is enough of a bump to push the button for the locking mechanism to work
It was an Ozbargain impulse buy I regretted after five minutes so I am pleased with the refund.

got 2 delivered yest. One of them had plastic bits chipped off weights locking mechanism falling off whilst unpacking, cant use 20.5-24 weight range. Good luck to me getting this returned!

Got mine 2x two days. One works, the other one does not as it stuck to the base and the gears are stuck at 24kgs.
Contacted Chemist Warehouse, who asked me to contact Everfit. Contacted Everfit today and got a response that I should contact Chemist Warehouse. I have sent both of them respective emails and asked them to contact each other to resolve. Fingers crossed…I had the same issue. I removed the handle pressing the white push button which is located at the bottom and removed the weights one by one, found there were 2 broken plastic pieces causing the problem. Removed them and problem solved
